The food tastes good, but they didn’t read my adjustments correctly. They added the substitutions, but did not take out what I wanted substituted. I’ll eat it, but it’s annoying to pick out the toppings so don’t like. I didn’t open until I got home which is about 15 minutes away and didn’t feel like going back.

Love getting noodles for dinner but they always struggle with portions. Sometimes it’s a full entree and sometimes it seems like they put a small in a regular container. This was the case tonight like many other nights. This is an untouched Penne Rosa, unfortunately they were closed by the time I got home and opened it.

I was there today and I ordered a steak Japanese pan bowl with no mushrooms and no cilantro. I received a bowl with mushrooms and no steak . Noodles taste amazing , very disappointed as this was a birthday supper …. Staff was friendly though so that’s good.

Noodles and company is my favorite place to eat in eau Claire where you don’t have to pay a lot of money. They have lots of options and none of them will let you down. The classic Wisconsin Mac and cheese is my favorite. They also have a big fountain drink machine that has almost every coke product. The location is right next to the oak wood mall if you want to go shopping afterwards. Overall this a high quality place to eat in eau Claire.

I would normally not leave a negative review, but I am beyond frustrated with this noodles and co location. Every single time I order pickup from here, something is wrong with my order. Every. Single. Time. Something is always missing. Most recently, I placed a pickup order tonight and my husband picked it up, so he didn’t check to make sure the order was correct. I didn’t eat my food right away, so a few hours later when I grabbed my bowl, much to my dismay but not surprise, something is missing. I paid for double protein (Parm chicken), and there isn’t a single piece of chicken in the bowl. So not only did they miss the double protein part, they missed the protein entirely. How?? How does this happen? It’s right on the receipt that they look at when they’re putting the order in the bag. So frustrated!
