Terribly rude employee.
Was rude with customer before me and just was acting like I was bothering her.
Don’t waste your time and money. And then she wanted a tip hahahahaha. At least be nice and if you don’t want to work go home. Stop being rude to this town!

Went in today to pick up lunch. Staff were rude and acted as if we had inconvenienced them. No other customers were in the store and the staff made us wait 7 minutes before they gave us their undivided attention. There were 3 staff and all seemed equally annoyed at us for walking in. Also, during our visit, it was apparent that they had some infighting or annoyance at each other going on. They really need some customer service training. There is a Workforce Solutions in Caldwell-maybe they should look for another job.

Updated review. The last two times I’ve been to this location I PAID for DOUBLE PROTEIN and did not get it. I even left a tip but still did not get what I paid for. Not sure if the person who fixed my sandwiches was new or not but I won’t be coming back to this location anymore.

The employees working the day that I went were obviously having conflict with eachother and took it out on their customers. The employee that was directly rude to me was not wearing a name tag, probably for a reason. She was condescending when it came to questions about our menu options. She also made a paying customer feel bad for just showing up. Im glad subway is a chain so I can go to literally any other subway and not experience this set of employees ever again.

Walked in with only 2 people in line. One picking out their veggies and the other just starting their order. While my family and I stood waiting, we were distracted by a female coming around the corner on her phone. Standing in awe commenting about “there was only 1 person here a few minutes ago” she continued to make those comments while telling then person on the phone how she “can’t stay here any longer because she has a sick baby at home and meat on the stove”. She proceeded to walk over with hair going ever which way. Took a bowl and loaded it with lettuce tomatoes. No gloves on at all! It was then my families turn to order. You can tell by the expression on the girls face, she didn’t want to make our order. Eyes rolling and all. I was rushed to pay for my food before the veggies were applied. There was no “thank you or have a great day” both girls were annoyed once the other chick left.
First time trying this location and I definitely have no intentions on coming back.

Bread was fresh and food was left covered. Which is a good thing. Since the cooler stand doesn’t work if you keep the sneeze guard up all day and dry everything up. The people working there are very friendly and nice to customers. Good food, nice service, and clean atmosphere.

When are you open? This is a semi-regular pitstop for myself and recently you’ve been closed at 10:30/11am ..or forgot to unlock the door. Posted temporary hours say you open at 9am.

Never do an online order with this store. It’s wrong pretty much every time, and actually takes longer to wait there while they make it than it would be to just walk in and stand in line to order in-store. Definitely never pay extra for anything on your sub, such as extra meat or cheese as they’ll charge you for it but not actually put it on the sub. Also don’t bother trying to call them to ask about an incorrect order as their phone always goes straight to a busy signal.
