JEAN OR JEAW couldn’t really tell his name since it’s faded out BUT anyway he is VERY rude. Gives the worst customer service ever. I normally don’t give a bad review or a review at all but I tried to make a joke with him because I figured it’s close to the end of his shift everyone needs a laugh sometimes and he got offensive and immediately started being rude. I walked in no one was at the front for a good minute he came up to the front and laughing I said “i was about to go back there and start making my sandwich” LAUGHING! In the end while preparing my sandwich I asked for ranch and he put peppered ranch I could have been rude right back and been a “KAREN” asking him to re do the whole sandwich BUT instead I was considerate that he might be having a bad day which normally I could care less! If you’re at work you leave everything at the door just like when you go home from work. Anyway, he needs some customer service training, smiling even with the mask on cause you can tell with your eyes when you smile! I’m a nurse and he will know who I am when he is asked about this.

Lady didn’t make sandwiches right. 4 pieces of ham on a footlong. Ask for extra ham on a footlong only get 8 pieces on a footlong. husband tried to order the new melt sandwich and she refused to make it because she dont know how. Go to pay for our food and refuses to take our money. Do not go there.
