The 2 teenagers running this location have no idea how to handle customer service. 1 was doing all the work (building sandwiches, adding toppings, checking out customers) while the other girl was just playing with the bread the whole time. Nevermind the line that was forming and the people waiting to eat lunch. 3 of us just walked out, because the 1 freckle face girl just wanted to put bread in the holding container and didn’t want to help the customers in the line. This one needs to be fired. She is worthless. Better yet, get some adults with a work ethic and you’ll be profitable. I hope whoever owns this franchise reads this and goes and sends a secret shopper in to see how it really is. Because the sense of urgency and customer service is sorely lacking here.

Extremely slow. Only a guy and girl working. Could’ve used another person. It was 12:20 and busy. The guy would make sandwiches and take money. The girl was also doing the same, only she never changed her gloves after handling. Only and continued to make sandwiches. When it was our turn to order I told her that she’d been making sandwiches in the same gloves she took money with. Yeah I know she says, I’jj change after I make Sandwiches. I proceeded to tell her that she would change her gloves before she made my sandwiche. I will do it later we’re busy. I again told her to change her gloves. She did but had an attitude. There were about 6/7 sandwiches she had made before finally changing her gloves. I think the people need better training if they plan to work in foid.

Went to eat there today of course out of lot of things. Rude employees. One employee was told out of few things she said good, guess so she won’t have to work very rude when I asked a question . She was mad about something seem to hate being there if she hates it that much go home or find another job. I walked out went to firehouse instead.

Newly remodeled, I was excited to visit sicne I have not been to subway in years. I was so disappointed. ac still did not work any better than it did pre pandemic, some of the veggies were not fresh ( lettuce was brown, cucumbers looked almost rotten), 2 employees could not keep up with the after church crowd.

This place is horrible, they are always out of everything and if you order on the mobile app I can almost guarantee your sandwich will be wrong because like I said they’re always out of ingredients and you won’t know it’s missing stuff till you eat it after you’ve already paid full price for it, and no they won’t refund your money or discount your food. This has happened to me at least 3-4 times. This is probably the worst Subway I’ve ever been to.
