Ordered online for pickup and my order was ready on time. When I got home the meat in my protein bowl was spoiled (taste so bad). I attempted to call the store and the area manager listed on my receipt. Of course nobody answered. Do yourself a favor and go to any location but this one.

Horrible customer service. The young lady behind the counter was annoyed she had customers a good hour and a half before it closed. We were told they did not have roast beef or spicy mustard and it was clear we were absolutely foolish for asking. Our sandwiches were completely crushed by the young lady when putting it in the bag.

I always go to that Subway because I consider it one of the cleanest. Today I went and had to tell the employee that I did not want the sandwich because it had a fly and she just shook it with the intention of continuing to make the same sandwich. I had to tell her I didn’t want it.
