Their food was cold, the bread was cold, the onion rings under cooked. The meat didn’t taste like meat. I’ll NEVER EVER STOP HERE TO EAT AGAIN. So disgusting. Everything was dirty. No one was cleaning the tables. What a waist of time and money.

Food was good as usual at this spot but when I ordered a particular burger I got a different one and noticed the clerk didn’t put the burger I wanted on the receipt and gave me a different one. My fault for not reading it right away and the burger I got was still good. Just a knock on the service section because I was having a bad day and this exacerbated it.

Got a Burger, Star Carl Burger. So thin it doesn’t taste like real meat. I always ate here, now the hamburger meat tastes horrible. The staff was awesome tho.

Came by today for the first time in a long time and I didn’t receive my waffle fries with my combo very disappointing should’ve checked the bag!!!!! Over priced and still didn’t get my full order will not be returning anytime soon

The staff were incredibly rude and were making comments under their breath “why can’t you cook at home.”. The Cashier Larrison was very unprofessional when I asked for a coffee and without hesitation gave me attitude for it. Would not Dine-In for future visits.

The food was delicious per usual and the service was great. Bathrooms aren’t open to the public, which is a non-issue if you’re a paying customer and besides they were much cleaner than most places. The whole locale was clean.

Stopped on a Monday night 6:30pm. This is the cleanest Carls Jr I’ve ever been in. Staff was friendly, professional and even came to our table to ask if we needed refills on our drinks. Compliments to the staff. Good quality food. Thank you.
