First off as a customer I shouldn’t have to worry about being argued with in a resistant way in regards to me ordering an Italian sub the way I want but the employee became a little argumentative is the way I took it and she rang it in as a completely different sub.
Second I typically order my sub with no salt due to health / medical issues that require me to monitor my sodium intake , well I can still taste the salt even after rinsing my mouth out.
Third and last the photo I uploaded is pretty much 75 to 80% crumbs and completely over cooked French fries that wasn’t worth almost $4.00 for a small……..
In the last 2yrs ive literally only had 3 visits with exceptional customer service however the other times the customer service sucks very badly……….

Deleted my previous 5 star review for a more up-to-date one for the manner in which service is currently, rather than years ago. Absolute TRASH restaurant that MUST have new management from when it opened and last year or so because it seems impossible to get the order correct now and do they fix it, no! They screw up a Doordash order in such a spectacular manner sending out some sloppy chicken sandwich instead of the Italian that was ordered. Don’t know how that happens, it’s not like I got someone else’s sandwich with their receipt taped to it, it was my receipt on something nowhere near what I ordered. Held 5 stars from me across the board since opening, even after a mistake or two since but, thats the problem, it just keeps getting worse and worse. Pathetic. Read the screen/tickets, not that difficult.

I just had a Dagwood sub delivered. I have had this sub before from the same store. It was very good the first time I ate it. It had lots of meat. This time it was the complete opposite. Instead of 5 different kinds of meat, there were bits and pieces of dried up mystery meat on the sandwich, which amounted to about a quarter cup of meat on the entire footlong. The rest of the sandwich was mostly lettuce. I took one bite and it was bland. When I opened the sandwich to inspect it, I was disappointed by the lack of meat. My husband called the store to reconcile the problem and the employee refused to fix it. We will never order from Penn station again. I would rate everything about this store a 0, but I guess you have to pick one star or it won’t post the review.

My husband and I have gone to this location for many years. However tonight I witnessed what I would call NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Those who were working there have no idea how to handle something that is clearly their stores problem. I ordered two sandwiches and went down to pay for them. Was told they needed to reset their computer because the register wasn’t working – it would take 10 minutes. After 10 minutes they had already made both of my sandwiches and still no register. Like most people I don’t carry cash so I continued to wait and finally after another 5 minutes I said I don’t want to take home cold sandwiches how much longer is this going to take? What I was told by the employees that this happens all the time with the registers and they have no idea how much longer. So I said I will not be taking these sandwiches if they become cold, so they took the sandwiches back and apologized. However that doesn’t help, still hungry and no food – in my opinion if this happens all the time they need to get their computers / registers fixed. This was ridiculous that I had to wait 20 minutes only to walk out with no food and what is amazing to me is they allowed it to happen when they knowingly have this issue all the time – NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
