I’m old fashioned I guess but the lady that helped us was not friendly or definitely not customer service oriented. Did a slow job making the sandwiches as 2 other customers were able to complete their orders after coming in later than us. Being fair but did make them correct. Just I’ve worked decades in customer service oriented places and expect courteous friendly people to meet greet and help you. Store was clean except the soda fridge was filthy on the glass.

I ordered a sandwich online and it was disgusting! It was something I usually order and is really good but soon as I got home and opened the sandwich there was what appeared to be Mayo when I only asked for mustard. I tried calling the store: nobody answered the phone. I tried to add my own mustard at home but after several bites, the sandwich just tasted too weird to finish. Idk what they did to it, honestly. It made me think of other stories when people added their own bodily fluids to people’s food so I just threw it away.

I’ve been to this subway a few times and every time I noticed they were shorting me on meat. I didn’t say anything at first, until my last visit I asked “doesn’t the spicy Italian come with 10 pepperoni, 10 salami?” (Footling spicy Italian) The sandwich artist said “oh I’m sorry” then gave me the right amount. I only knew this bc I managed a Subway for 10 years, so I feel sorry for the people who do not know the recipes for the sandwiches and are paying full price but actually get ripped off. Also, the young lady went to the back to grab me olives but never switched her gloves when she came back to the floor. That is very unsanitary. She could have went to the back and picked her nose and came back to the front and I would never know. Disgusting. I will not attend this store again.

I will never go back to this subway. 35 minutes just to get the worst sandwich ever. It literally took the employee 15 minutes per sandwich. Then only half the meat quantity was put on the sandwich. When I asked for a more, I was told there would be an up charge? Why? For something that should have been placed on there anyway? Not again.
