None of the vegetables looked fresh they all looked as if they had been previously frozen .. I specifically requested fresh vegetables and I was told “this is how fresh veggies look” … 2 stars only because of the speed of service and because the restaurant actually does look clean but based on the quality of vegetables this would never be my first choice of when looking to enjoy subway

First & foremost I literally live down the st so this would be the go to … but everytime I’ve come in here they never have any actual ingredients there employees are hella bleak ordering is a mission asking one simple question turns into a debate about what they can and can’t do even when your literally saying you want to substitute one meat for another & you’ll pay more … they still give you a hard time it’s a mission an annoying definitely need to do better veggies always look different colors honestly super disappointing

I have been coming here for lunch at least twice a month if not more for the past 7 years – I work in the area – yesterday my daughter was with me and we placed our order for sandwiches – as they were being made it took us 4 times to ask before we finally got a cup to purchase a drink for my daughters meal. I have an idea why this was the case but will not discuss this at this time. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager, but surprisingly the telephone doesn’t get answered!!! After yesterday’s service, and the way my daughter was treated/glared at, I will never go back to this Subway again. Ever since the older employee they had that worked their is gone …. things have not been the same – she was awesome and knew everyone. Always kind and very professional.

I usually go to the Subway on Veteran’s but thought I would go to this one because it was the same distance as the other one but unfortunately the service is not the same. After arriving I was not acknowledged when walking through the door and after deciding what I wanted, I was not asked if I was ready to order, I had to assume the employee was ready for me to order, since I was never acknowledged. Both employees acted as if they did not want to help from start until finished, which made it somewhat of an uncomfortable visit for me. This is a shame because I really enjoyed the sandwich. I will most likely not be returning to this store.

The first time I visited this subway about 2 weeks ago it was alright. I actually went to burger King who’s dining room was closed due to staff shortage and I saw subway and they saved my stomach because I was traveling by bus. Again today traveling by bus went to burger King for a sweet tea, they claim they don’t sell tea. I just marched my little happy self back over to subway and bought me a large sweet tea. I will continue visit subway when I’m in that area, I get good service and they have the food I want.

They had a little over 1scoop of steak teriyaki for my footlong, so I asked them to add 2 scoops. Said they ran out, was very rude. Said we asked 3 times, when in fact, we didn’t. Seemed frustrated with my request. Will never come back.
