The hamburger was okay no complaints there. Buy we added the french fry onion ring mix and it was literally so salty we couldn’t eat the onion rings and we had to wipe off the salt from the fries and you could eat them but boy was it bad.
They do have a cool Coke machine though.

Incompetence at its fullest. Ordered online ten minutes prior to showing up. Still had to wait 20 minutes when we got there and it wasn’t busy. Then they missed part of our order. Went inside and was ignored for another five minutes. The pos looked at me several times. I said something and he finally came over. Guy just acted incredibly lazy and rude.

I get it’s fast food but there should be some level of quality and care for a job. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers at the drive thru. I left and jumped on the highway. Turns out the burgers were hard, ice cold and even the cheese wasn’t melted. Very disappointed I called the store and the manager said I can return for 2 new sandwiches. At this point I was already on the highway and wasn’t worth for me going back.

I wish I could find one good thing to say about the food. I just ordered a regular cheese burger and small fries. The floors were dirty. The workers distant. The food dry and unappetizing. As prices soar, I think it’s good to get appetizing and eatable food. So maybe someday this will change. (The quality of food and cleanliness.) As it stands now, not worth the money or the feel of cringe.

I was just at the drive-thru. The manager on duty seemed annoyed when we asked to add two extra fries at the window, ended up charging us for the wrong order. The fries we got were basically half full so we gave them back. & he forgot two add the two extra fries & asked what we were waiting for? The two extra fries. He refunded it the order he charged incorrectly & added the two fries. Didn’t say thank you when he handed the orders or sorry for the confusion. I would expect management to be more professional. Customer service ain’t what it used to be.

The lady working drive thru last night treated my boyfriend and I as if we were invading her personal space, we said please and thank you and got nothing but attitude in response. The only time she said anything to us is when she was taking our order and even then she rushed us.
