This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to!!! The only had Cheetos for chips and sprite or coke for sodas. They were both flat. There was trash piled up on the floor for the entire visit!! The last visit I made here they were out of tuna and meatballs by 5pm. The employee said they would make more tomorrow. All this reflects management and owners actions or lack of!!!

Service was trash online order is a joke. Went to pick order when app said it was ready and nothing was ready. I show my whole order with confirmation it was paid for and instead of making things right three other people who had just walked in were served before my food was made. I waited a whole hour and three people later.

Went after gym a little after 7, young guy there , no other customers, I walked to counter and said HI, how you doing with a smile, absolutely NO RESPONSE, I asked for a chicken salad , his demeanor was that I was too much of a bother to him , I’m glad I asked for all the veggies cuz I get home and realized he spread a tablespoon of lettuce , bowl was half full and I paid 8 bucks. I will never let another millennial serve me again , so chances of me going back to this location ever again are zero to none!

The food is delicious!! The store is not in good condition from the ceiling all the way down to the floor. . I am sorry and not trying to be rude, I just hope all from my Heart it will be getting fixed and the employees will do everything they are supposed to do! Thank you!

I ordered my meal 40 minutes in advance through the app and once i arrived they hadn’t even started. Luckily another lady was kind enough to let me skip the line. These employees worked incredibly SLOW. If you’re in a rush, go to a different subway or a different “fast food” all together. I never come to this location but i thought i would try it out since it was close to campus and another location i spend my lunch time at. I will NOT be returning to this specific subway again. I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes for 2 pre-ordered sandwiches, absolutely ridiculous.

Went in at 6 pm and the only bread available was wheat bread. Had everything else I wanted but not the bread. Traveled to 2 other subway stores and each was out of something the other had. 1 was out cheese that I wanted on my sandwich, which is where I ended up getting my sandwich. The other was out of steak and didn’t have a toaster to toast sandwiches. It’s ridiculous that the stores aren’t sharing items. My girl is a former subway manager and even she said they used to. Get your stuff together and start sharing again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but after my experience I felt the need to complain. The sandwich itself was great but I noticed a small black hair next to it when I opened it. That wasn’t a big deal since it wasn’t in my sandwich. I continued to eat and when I looked under the sand which there was a ball of hair with lint that looked like it had been from the floor with more hair beside it. I’m not sure how it could’ve been missed unless it was done on purpose. I was truly disgusted…

The young man behind the counter was working alone, I was patient and thank goodness so were the other patrons. He was not the fastest but he got the job done. Subway is my go to place when I want a light lunch. Tuna on Flatbread my favorite

Subways in San Angelo are nasty. The buildings are gross. The bread is stale and don’t even get me started about the Sherwood location and the fact that it takes 20 minutes to get a sloppy sandwich when your the only customer. The building had so many leaks in the rain I had to weave in and out of the buckets in the lobby. The lemme made and sweet tea weren’t even on or being used and the bread was stale.
