The lady working was super sweet and very helpful. I didnt really know what I wanted so she gave me a few ideas and her final recommendation was a Black bear frozen (she ever offered to make me something else if I didn’t enjoy that) which was really good !! Thank you for a great experience. The store was clean and even the bathroom was clean and smelled nice !

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese bagel and it was doused with cream cheese or some other kind of spread which I did not ask for and tasted terrible so I couldn’t even finish. It seems the server was more interested in dancing and talking than asking me how I wanted my breakfast. When an order is “to go” there is no opportunity to return it. Please just put the ingredients on the food that is listed on the sign. Evidently, Defiance will not let strabucks in the city so there are few choices for coffee and breakfast.

I’m not one to complain but… when you pay more than 3$ for coffee you expect your order to be right. And when you ask to have it fixed you get service. Don’t expect service with a smile. It’s a lost art.

I take my 2 yr old daughter in to get Strawberry and Banana smoothie, and the employees are the most amazing people to her. They’re patient as she orders and pays and always put a few extra sprinkles in her drink. Being that sweet to my child, you have a customer for life!
