Disappointing visit. Ordered two subs via the app, arrived and was handed my order. When I got home, however, both subs were completely wrong (some toppings from one on the other, etc.) So I head to the store and give them a ring to let them know I was on my way and the order was wrong. I got an OK. Then I got a call back from the store, and I was told “you need to bring those two sandwiches back so I can inspect them”. Great. I had them. Get to the store and he still didn’t believe they were wrong until we thumbed through the toppings and he finally admitted they were wrong. So, goes to remake them and then ends up passing me off to someone else. No apology, no discount, no coupon for next time. Nothing. I get it, easy enough to amok new sandwiches, but let’s not forget that I had to drive to pick them up, drive back home, and do it all again and after tipping. Just expected a little more of an apology. I’ll just go to the other Subway in the neighborhood next time.

I saw someone else say he made my sandwich with disdain and hate. He sure did. I asked for one thing and it apparently inconvenienced him, honestly a terrible experience when I asked for bell pepper he gave me a total of 5 slices and when I asked for more he gave me four more. I reached for a cup because I normally do why would and he said I got it. I didn’t leave a tip and I normally do especially for raza. If you can avoid it please do find any other subway.

This location sucks. The employees are rude. My sandwich was a MESS. I asked for less Mayo and they drench my sandwich with it. And it looked terrible. They didn’t have any Gatorade and gave me the smallest cup size when I paid about 2.19 dollars. I’m never coming back to this location ever again. Wouldn’t be surprised if they closed down.

Ordered through Doordash and they claimed another driver picked up order. Reordered and they tried to claim same thing. Dasher stayed while the made the sandwiches and delivered. However, both sandwiches were made incorrectly and we were given the wrong cookies. I would not recommend this location.
