I had a bad experience last night at around 9 pm. We ordered some hamburgers, and the meat was tasteless. The fries were all mixed together in one bag, even though they were three different orders. I won’t be going back to that store again.

disappointed in the service at this location after I ordered on DoorDash and somehow “someone” picked up my order and told the dasher assigned to me that my order was already picked up. I placed an order at 11:21 and from their system it says at 11:26 my order was picked up. There’s no way they made my order that fast and gave it away to a random person. I suspect one of the workers must have taken it or they did not want to make the meal. I tried calling this location and after two attempts they took the phone off the hook so that no more calls would go through. Highly unprofessional!!

Decent hamburgers and friendly people.
I like that they offer lettuce wrap as well as bowls now. My phone order wasn’t ready for pick up when I arrived, but the person behind the counter was very nice, apologized and even offered me a drink or a milkshake (which I had to turn down) while I waited the extra two minutes.

My husband says Five Guys burgers are the #1 best, most tastiest, and scrumptious burgers in the USA… And I must agree! Not because I’m his wife or because “happy spouse, happy house” but because I honestly agree, they are super yummy and fully satisfying! We usually split a regular cheese burger and a large fry and it is the perfect amount for us, especially because I always give him my last bite of everything we eat (which always happens to be the best bite). We really enjoy eating here, it’s quick, yummy, and won’t make you feel gross like some other burger joints. Really great team Ethan was able to manage the cooking as well as the register and were friendly when the food orders were complete.
They were very timely and put together the burgers that you know and love.
Prices have certainly gone up, so that was shocking, but it was quite good.

First time ever in a Five Guys. Browsed the menu and decided to go with the “Little Hamburger” for $8.00. If it wasn’t gone in two bites, I would have snapped a photo. It was little alright and not worth almost nine bucks with tax. To boot, there were four employees on staff. They all just looked at me for a good minute before one guy came up and took my order. I was the only one in line. So nope on food, nope on service, but I did give them a yes on cleanliness. The inside was immaculate. Really hope the chain doesn’t pass along the cost of all of the media spotlights (all over the store) along to the customer as part of their business model. Nothing else makes sense. Won’t be back.

Last time I checked, the store hasnt even been finished so this was a great time to visit as a freshly built establishment. Cashier greeted us and assisted us fully through all option on the board and guided us through the process with ease, not at all confusing. Food was good and cooked ok as for a fast food place. As for the price, I’m not sure it should be that expensive but but 30 for 2 burgers, 2 waters, and a cajun fries was probably not worth the quality of the food. Overall a great place for a quick bite and would come back again.

It has been years since I tried Five Guys and today reminded me of why. I do not understand where these glowing reviews or so called accolades come from. The cost makes it even more of a disappointment.
The burgers are tasteless, even with all of the toppings. I have made better at home and will definitely opt for my home burger over ever stepping in a Five Guys again. It’s the best thing I can do for me and them.
The fries were better but by the time they got my burger right, those were cooler and not as pleasing. I will note they did offer to give me new fries but after having to wait to have my burger redone TWICE, I was not going to dare test my luck on waving to wait for fries.
Let’s note my burger was wrong the second time because they gave the receipt which had the wrong excluded topping to them. Even though he said what to be excluded instead, they still excluded the wrong item because of the receipt.
