Today is June 1st 2023, 12:12 am my experience here was not what it usually is, the guy with dark hair and black glasses is sooo not friendly he doesn’t talk, smile or communicate with u, he wore the same gloves he touched the register with as he is making sandwiches, yuck!!! He won’t even look at you when u r talking to him, instead of getting a 6in sun I got more like a 4 in sub, I even said something and there was no communication, then he forgot to give me my drink cup and acted like it was a hastily, either he hates his job or he just has bad communication skills,

Store was clean. Staff not as clean looking. They were in between trucks so they were out of a ton of stuff. But that was not the staffs fault. The sandwich I did get was good. I will just start going in closer to Tuesdays so I can get what I actually want instead of 2nd or 3rd choice options. Staff was friendly.

The service is slow. The digital ordering screen for the drive thru is not fully visible and you can’t select items. I pulled around to place my order the old way at the window (my toddler was asleep in the car and I didn’t want to wake her up getting her out) and the lady wouldn’t take my order at the window… She said I had to come in (there were no other cars in parking lot and I didn’t see a customer in store) I left and got food from somewhere else that had not lost the value of customer service.
