This is the best McDonald’s in Billings. The food is always delicious! We travel here from Shepherd to get our Big Macs. You can tell the grill is clean and the food is fresh. The workers are so friendly, you can feel a positive atmosphere! You guys rock!!

Went to get breakfast after dropping off a family member for a medical appointment. Remember this, we had to feed 4 adults and 1 kid and it was 9:40am and we were pretty hungry so we go through drive through and the guy taking our order kept saying “oh my god” when we kept adding on to our orders. Then they forgot a order of hotcakes and the elderly at the window kept saying “well there’s one right there” it was just a bad experience overall and all we wanted was breakfast. 1/5

The evening manager is very rude at 3003 Grand Ave in Billings, MT. I eat here often. I carry a backpack because I live close and go to the grocery store after eating. I’m treated like a homeless person. Each time, I tell her the order is for here. She puts it for to go and I have to go up and get it, while other customers without backpacks get treated kindly, given a number and are served.

I just went and grabbed a chicken sandwich which is my favorite but as I was chewing I noticed the chicken was very spongy and was starting to become hard to swallow so as I got to a red light I was able to investigate it and it was very disgusting the chicken looked a little dark and wasn’t that warm I’m not sure what kind of chicken this is but it looks gross underneath the breading i feel sick from the sandwich but hopefully I throw it up or it passes through me the customer service here is great and I know there’s a shortage with workers but with sky high prices and the hard work that I do I would appreciate a good sandwich please do better thanks in advance
