This is my 2nd time on a Friday coming to this location around 8:50pm and they are always closed 2 times in a row doesn’t seem right today snowed probably the excuse but last week was also closed. Just close down if you’re under staff ,who ever the manager is not doing a very good job at this location. Rather been going to taco bell always open.

Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever had more rudeness than the young lady at the pay window!! She was rude on the speaker taking my order, and then practically threw my change at me, when I paid at the window. Some coins fell on the ground, explaining to me with attitude, “it’s only ten cents that dropped on the ground” . The service was slow, so I was told to pull around the corner and they would bring my meal. It was cold, and the fries as well. They have really slipped! Poor food quality, rude service, and an a hostile atmosphere!!

I went into the lobby because the line in the Drive-Thru was extremely long and I was the very first one in line in the lobby and I waited there for 15 to 20 minutes as the old lady and the blonde kid just kept staring at me over and over and over getting the drive-thru orders ready nobody wants said hi or greeted me or told me how long the wait was going to be they just continue to ignore me and peek over every once in a while to see if I was still there. Unacceptable. Wasted my entire work lunch and I didn’t even get any food. Complete bullshit!

This will absolutely be the last time we go there. Boyfriend asked for extra onions there was none on his burger I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese there was a half slice of cheese on there. Everytime we go there which isn’t very often due to this reason they mess up something from our order. Makes sense as to why there’s never anyone there. Boyfriend says they should speed up the process of replacing everyone with robots or put another coffee shop there

I just went and grabbed a chicken sandwich which is my favorite but as I was chewing I noticed the chicken was very spongy and was starting to become hard to swallow so as I got to a red light I was able to investigate it and it was very disgusting the chicken looked a little dark and wasn’t that warm I’m not sure what kind of chicken this is but it looks gross underneath the breading i feel sick from the sandwich but hopefully I throw it up or it passes through me the customer service here is great and I know there’s a shortage with workers but with sky high prices and the hard work that I do I would appreciate a good sandwich please do better thanks in advance

We regularly take our children here for a quick bite. In the last couple years and especially the last 6 months or so, this location has gone way downhill. At dinner, they no longer have anyone that can take orders, kiosk only. They no longer clean the floors, wipe down the tables, hand you drinks when you order from the kiosk. We have to get paper towels from the restroom and get them wet to clean the table my family of 6 sits at. My son went to grab drink cups from behind the counter as our order was taking forever to come out and we were all thirsty. The woman manager immediately snatched the cups from his hands and said get away from behind the counter and threw the cups in the garbage. Finally when she brought our meal out (without cups) I asked why the dining room is no longer cleaned and why the guests have to clean their own tables. She said they are amazingly understaffed. Interesting as the staff there were all just standing around by the fries talking, swearing, and carrying on. Not a one of them would acknowledge a customer or begin to go clean up the dining area, clean the restrooms, etc. I blame ownership and management. If they are not being told the workers certainly are not taking the initiative.

Do not order from this location online. They close early and will cancel any online orders when they close even if order was placed and ready for pick up before there closing time. Refunds to cards take days. There online business hours are not correct so you dont know they are closed til you come through.

I’m pretty sure their policy is to smash every sandwich they make as flat as they can before they give it to you. This is right after I got it. I took a bite to show just how smashed the bun actually is… this happens every time I go to there.
