I just spent 60 dollars(which the refund will take 2-3 days) on three sandwhiches to get to the window only to be told “can we make your sandwich on white bread” the order was not prepared. EVERY time we go to Cleveland Subway they are out of bread and continue to try to make it on different bread other than what is on your order. That store is absolutely ridiculous.

Had a coupon for a footling at $6.49 +tax. I asked the young man behind the counter if it would be extra if I had him cut it in half, because I wanted half as tuna and half as chicken. He said NO. I was okay. When it came time to pay my total was $15.43. I asked why $15.43 and he said he rang it up as a chicken sand with tuna. So, I paid $ 15.43 for a footling with coupon for $6.49 and a large drink. Just how much did you really charge me for the tuna. I don’t mind paying for what I get, but DO NOT tell me no extra charge when in fact there really is.

I did a mobile pickup order, I asked for extra cheese. They gave me NO cheese. Then when I got my order they complained that I ordered the white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies because she had to bake some since there weren’t any made. The soda machine was broken and the attitude was not appreciated.

Went to subway tonight the young lady that was working was very busy at the counter. She was by herself and just want to say she was doing great. Drive through white suv wasn’t happy because of wait. This is not a fast food place and should be treated with respect. It wasn’t her fault by herself with two big orders back to back.

I been there about 3 time in the last month and it’s just sucking worst and worst each time. Being a sunday evening and they not have most of the tings u want on a sandwich is not a good thing especially when you spend like 15 dollars a sandwich. They were out of most type of bread, half the veggies, and all around the guy that was working didn’t even want to be there. With that being said that probably meant he didn’t want to do his job and cut up more veggies. I’m also looking to find corporate number for refund. Spending 60 to 80 dollars everytime and not getting a great service is starting to get old.

I would just like to say that the food is typically great when they have the ingredients to make the order I like but unfortunately the past few times I’ve been to this subway have not been the best. They are SEVERELY understaffed especially on Saturdays and Sundays when they are at there busiest. I in no way blame the employees for this because the fault is with management not scheduling enough employees to handle the flow of customers/ online orders properly. I personally fine it ridiculous for a place famous for the foot long sandwich to be out of certain breads or completely out of bread all together, and to be out of the simple toppings aswell boggles me. I enjoy a good sandwich myself but when yall are out of every single ingredient I typically get on my sandwich it’s hard to want to go back to this subway. I would still love to support my local subway but someone needs to get it together!

Is it a subway thing to just do whatever you want regardless of what the customer asks for? I clearly stated “just a little bit of ranch please” then the kid proceeds to drown my sandwich. It’s not worth the time or hassle of arguing with them there, I’ll go to the parking lot and pour the ranch soup off my bread. Thanks. It’s not just this restaurant either, most Subway stores do it.
