Great customer service. Ordered online and when I arrived they told me they were out of rotisserie chicken, they substituted the normal chicken and had my sandwich ready in 5 mins and gave me free cookies. The staff seemed stressed by the app malfunction but handled it well!

If you order online you will get less than minimum meat and veggies. Got two tiny halves of tomato on each side. They forgot the cheese and didnt put salt or pepper and hardly any ranch. It’s best to go inside and watch.

Stopped here after driving seven hours— very CLEAN, but the sandwich maker was not friendly. She made our food with a mad face, made us feel unwelcome, and allowed us to purchase 3 drinks telling us afterward the unsweet tea was finished for the night— it was 7:30pm. No wonder the place was empty!! It’s all about friendly faces and feeling welcome. We didn’t get either. Food was good, but without a drink— smh.

Food was fresh, well made, and tasted good, but the girl that checked us out seemed very stand offish and a bit(a lot) less than happy to be there. I don’t hold this against the restaurant though. Whatever was bothering this girl, I hope it gets better soon.
