We order online 20 minutes before we arrived and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes in the drive thru. The sandwiches were poorly made and not how we ordered them. The gentleman at the window was rude and very short with us. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at a Subway restaurant.

The past 4 times I’ve placed an order online and picked up, my order has been wrong or messed up. They never double the meat when paid for and they don’t pay attention to the customer notes section at all. Best to go in and order so you can watch the employee make your food so it isn’t made incorrectly!!!

The bread is never fresh, always chewy. I went out of state a few weeks ago and stopped at a subway, and the bread melted in your mouth. I was shocked. How is there bread so soft and buttery? It’s fresh! Came back home and go to Subway, and I was disappointed. Again, the bread was very chewy.

Isn’t flat bread supposed to be toasted? Food was absolutely cold… I’m not at all blaming staff for their work but maybe training isn’t right. I called and was hung up on because I asked why my food wasn’t completely cooked. I offered to bring it back but they wouldn’t even offer to remake my food.

Absolute worst subway I’ve ever been to. Hardly any toppings. Fountain machine is out of order. My 5 year old daughter could make a better sandwich. Too bad can’t rate it lower because it doesn’t even deserve 1 star

The never answer the phone. The drive in orders are almost always screwed up. Extremely SLOW. When you go in to order it’s slow.. They never have enough people on duty. The meats and veggies are not always fresh. I’m really surprised this place has lasted as long as it has. If you’re passing through…..just keep on driving! There are options down the road!!
