There were only two people working there seemed to be one employee and possibly the manager on duty. Tried to order the platter without French toast sticks which were only $2.99. The manager on duty said that she couldn’t do that that I had to order the whole platter and just throw them away because there was no way for her to ring that up. I don’t know that I will go back to this location again as customer service was not good. There’s always a way to please the customer. This was the location at Imbrie in Hillsboro. Also noticed quite a few previous customers had to come back up to the counter as their orders wore incorrect.. at least three different customers.

It sucks this is the only Jack in the box around… I always have a bad experience here. I’m not one to only leave bad reviews, but this place needs some serious help. Most of the time I’m missing an item or I’m waiting 20 min in line. Maybe the employee’s just need more training.

Food was good once we got it but it took a long time and our very simple and small order was incorrect. They took forever to fix it even though we could clearly see the food was ready in the back just sitting on a counter. Lots of seating but all tables were dirty. They weren’t using gloves.

They are really good at this location. Much better than the TV highway location is. They always get our order right and even when it’s late at night they usually have everything you want. It’s awesome to have a location so close by that is open 24 hours!

Awesome service. When my client in a wheelchair wanted to spend $1 for an antenna ball they gave him one for free. Would recommend this place to anyone, especially caregivers and the people they support.

It is a Jack in the Box. By far not my worst fast food experience but definitely not a great one. The service was excellent. I guess I am just not a fan of the food. Something about it just made me feel icky the rest of the day. An identical feeling to the last time I had Jack in the Box. The location itself is easily accessible. Just a hop on and off HWY 26.

There was zero wait in the drive thru line at this particular jack in the box, 3:26 pm on Friday 7/9/21. This was the only item ordered (bacon cheddar potato wedges), and somehow still managed to do us dirty like this. Imagine ordering nachos and they hand you a plate full of dry chips with a sad squirt of cheese underneath said pile.
Someone should have really caught this before handing it out the window, to be fair we’re going to absolutely check the food before leaving the parking lot from now on.

This specific Jack in the box has the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced going through a drive thru. Multiple times I’ve been in a pinch for breakfast and tried to choose this place for some food– I’ll show up 15-20min after it says they’re open online, on the door, and on the drive thru. I’ll wait at the ordering menu for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment and then pull around to the window to try and see what’s up, calmly and nicely. Diffrent times the worker inside has ignored, has mouthed at me, “NOT OPEN” and also, “GO AWAY”.
The most infuriating part of all of this, is that the open sign is on.
To treat a customer like this is so disrespectful. I will be taking my money up the road, to another place from now on.

Stopped in this store today at 6:30AM. Signs posted on all doors and drive thru window clearly state the drive thru opens at 6:00AM. Staff inside refused to serve me and told me to shove off. They said they don’t open till 7:00AM. I pointed at the sign and the lady inside just shooed me away. I hate to wonder how much this must cost the owner. I would fire these lazy staff people since they clearly don’t want to show up on time and do the work you are paying them to do. UNACCEPTABLE!!
