Notice how all the negative reviews mention the manager. When I walk in she’s noticeably aggravated by my presence. I’m not greeted or acknowledged and have to interject myself to place an order, which she appears exasperated by. Two weeks in a row I’m told “we have don’t have any eggs” as if it’s a stupid request for me to try to order their breakfast sandwich. She doesn’t know when they’ll get more even though she places the orders lol. Disgruntled employees that don’t want my business here. It’s right around the corner from me but given the weird interactions each time I tried to get breakfast the last month or two I just won’t come back until there’s new management.

The manager Debbie was rude and wouldn’t let me use my coupon even though it didn’t say I couldn’t get an outlaw sandwich which by the way was cheaper than the subway club she said I could get. I will not go back to that one and tell my friends not to go!!!!

Just walked into your restaurant around 7:20 to be told that they were closed despite your website and the door reading that they’re open until 8 PM. As they were telling me, both employees burst into laughter and told me that they could not fix my food. I questioned them, and they stood by their story that they were closed already for the night. It’s pretty horrible customer service and I wouldn’t be shocked if your store is consistently closing early every night, you might wanna check into that.

The door was lock sign says 8 pm it was 7:15 pm. I pulled the door guy made eye contact with me. I ask was closed he turn away I pulled again he made eye contact again, then walked away. I called he answer I asked what time do they closed he said 7:40. I said well it’s 7:15 so then he says mama we don’t have much food I said you didn’t even try to see what I wanted to order he said no one have time for this and hung up the phone.
