I was charged twice. After two weeks, I still don’t have my money back. I have shown proof with my bank statement and the app I ordered from. Manager states there is nothing they can do. The wrap I ordered wasn’t even wrapped. It had everything in the wrap and then folded over like a taco. Will definitely never go to any local Subway again.

Location is fine, staff were friendly and orders were correct. No complaints. I do like Subway more after their redesign even though I think the sandwiches are generally the same. Although they did bring back the meatball with pepperoni, so that’s a nice bonus.

This Subway is a joke. I’ve given it 2 chances and both times were horrible. This time is so bad that I have to review it. The bread is gummy it’s so undercooked and the “sandwich artist” made a perfectly fine looking sandwich and then completely smashed it when they wrapped it up. The cookies that were also basically raw they were so under cooked.

First of all, the lady that helped me was extremely nice, and she was a great service, and she was totally five-star for that. However, I don’t know, win a Chicken, bacon ranch sub with double meat, chips and a drink became 22$. Insane. Won’t be back be. I use to order the same thing for about 13$. Absolutely crazy.

When I took the survey on the receipt, I gave them a “highly dissatisfied”, because I was. I was overcharged, they didn’t care, rang up my items under more expensive items, a woman claimed she was the manager and was no help. I received an email from Stay Evans telling me those low scores were undeserved and basically I didn’t know what I was talking about because that woman was NOT the manager even though she claimed to be. That’s it. In no way shape or form did she ask anything about my experience in the email. I will never go to this location again. Drive the extra few minutes and go to one of Leavenworth’s locations. But IF you do go to this location, always get your receipt and check it, not that it matters though because you won’t get your hard earned money back.

New interior looks great! The staff member with the blue hair making my sandwich was kinda strange not very talkative and just made me feel uneasy, when she asked me if I wanted more green peppers on my sandwich I said no but she continued to put them on anyways and said she needed to empty the container.

Every time I go to Lansing subway I get an amazing experience and the employees always make sure they are polite and cater to you. The restaurant is very clean and smells great when I go inside. I recommend whoever’s is reading this review not to take the negative comments so heavily because they rate it on one inconvenient experience they had. It’s subway, if your not happy with the rules or service, apply?? And learn the ways of the sandwich artist!
