Ordered 2 specific medium pizzas with ” NY crust ” , but once delivered only 1 pizza had the requested crust and the other one was delivered with regular crust. I ended up on the phone with a very rude manager who tried to tell me that the NY crust is not available on medium pizzas ( so why even have the option when you order right ? ) and after I told him that one of the pizza DID have a NY crust , he just brushed me off and confirmed he had no intention to help me as customer. BUT here’s the worst part though, I file immediately a complaint online, only to be offered a credit for the inconvenience, credit that i never received! And this is the third time that I had to complain about this place, with an obvious ” bait and switch ” fake credit probably offered just to shut you up. Time to find a new pizza place !

It was a positive experience. We ordered pick up, even though this particular store isn’t great neighborhood(rough). The pizza was the classic pizza that is expected from any Papa John’s. The employees were very pleasant and professional!

Web site states pizza will be delivered in 30 to 40 mins. 1 hour 10 mins later order arrives. Pizza was at a piping room temp! The cheese had begun to coagulate. I understand why they don’t put a customer survey web link on the receipt. Had the pizza gotten here within 45 mins I’m positive the pizza would have been great and I would have left a 5 star review. I guess I should have read the reviews b4 ordering. Seems what happened to me is common place. I will not spend any more money here!

Ordered through doordash for delivery and it was a good experience. The order arrived promptly and fresh (if you want fresh orders too I’d suggest adding a large tip! It’s worth it!)
I would not recommend a papadia with spinach inside as it gets too soggy but otherwise it was nice and cheesy!
The stuffed crust pizza was a solid choice as well

I eat here quite frequently, love it, and very rarely have any issues. I just wanted to point out that I did have one problem last night with an absent delivery that would’ve been dropped off a little after their closing time (and with them having to use a third party delivery service, it makes it harder on them), so I could not reach them on the phone to explain my situation. I sent a message via their feedback option, and a manager was very prompt in responding and refunding me for the absent order. I always love the food, but I wanna give 5 stars to that manager who handled my problem for sure.

Last night we ordered pizza and the website said 120 until delivery, I called and asked the manager if I could come pick it up. He said it was in the oven and would be to my house in about 30minutes if I wanted to wait. Well, not long after the Pizza was at my door. From the time I placed my order, my pizza was here in 20 minutes!
And the pizza was delicious!
