Last night we ordered pizza and the website said 120 until delivery, I called and asked the manager if I could come pick it up. He said it was in the oven and would be to my house in about 30minutes if I wanted to wait. Well, not long after the Pizza was at my door. From the time I placed my order, my pizza was here in 20 minutes!

Web site states pizza will be delivered in 30 to 40 mins. 1 hour 10 mins later order arrives. Pizza was at a piping room temp! The cheese had begun to coagulate. I understand why they don’t put a customer survey web link on the receipt. Had the pizza gotten here within 45 mins I’m positive the pizza would have been great and I would have left a 5 star review. I guess I should have read the reviews b4 ordering. Seems what happened to me is common place. I will not spend any more money here!

Ordered 6:10 said 25-30 mins (I’m on street beside store less than half mile) call at 706 drivers there waiting for another delivery he has (I’m assuming Convenient for him jot have circle round to get it once drops min off) now it’s been over hour since I place order and 30 mins past said delivery time manager said he should be here any second (4 mins ago) with papa John’s get it together

The pizza has always been good, but the delivery has gotten worse and worse. More than once we were brought the wrong order. Tonight, after ordering online and waiting an hour and a half I finally called. Apparently, our order was just sitting in the kitchen. No one had any idea when it would be picked up for delivery. I had it canceled. There was no apology, no attempt to fix it, nothing. It felt more like relief to not have to deal with me anymore.

I usually am very happy with the service here but today was very disappointed. I ordered 2 orders of wings 1- Garlic Parmessian and 1- Buffalo. They managed to screw that up. I received 2 Buffalo. AND BOTH UNDER-COOKED!!! Sad!!!

We have grown to love this place and the pizza. It’s pretty far away from our house on location.. but it’s been worth it. I can order from home and just her there in time to pick up hot!! So not too bad. Love their sauce and everything has been great! Need one in North Bossier near i220 or benton area. For delivery and cost location.

Ordered an hour ago with delivery expected in 26 – 36 minutes. Took 30 minutes according to tracker for pizza to be placed in oven. Then two steps later the tracker completely stopped. I have called the store 5 times with no answer. At this point, I have not clue if I am getting anything for my $41.35. No car tonight, so I can’t go check for myself.

Manager cancelled our work order an hour before pickup time. Never called to inform of the cancellation, just sent an email. This is the second time this has happened. Bad look on managements end, front of house staff was very kind though.
