I spoke to the nicest employee here yesterday. I wanted some water and a 20 oz bottled Diet Coke. I was surprised that the total was around $6! The gentleman I spoke to told me he even feels bad that the bottled water is nearly $3. I asked if I could just have a cup of water instead. He was very nice about it, and with the money I saved, I was able to buy a cookie. I just can’t get over how nice he was.

As of minutes ago, I was greeted by the lady currently working very rudely. I had never met someone so unkind and unwelcoming. The way they interact with customers ashamed me. I have never had such a rude interaction.

Literally stood in line while another person was checking out then BOTH workers went into the back and 15 minutes later still didn’t come out. I gave up but was sitting near there with my other food and the person in front of me waited even longer. rang the bell 4-5x and still nothing.. you can see them both in the back standing around chatting….

Crappy service. Went to get a sandwich and they made me wait in line for 30 mins… Literally. Then they didn’t have any sandwich I wanted so I just went to Italian chicken. Way better than subway!
