I went thru the drive thru for my order Not only was my order wrong but they actually charged my DEBIT card twice Didn’t check the order until I got all the way home (like how could you get it wrong and it’s a digital menu & she personally asked me about the order at the window) When I returned they refunded me When I checked to see if the refund processed it had HOWEVER I noticed 2 charges (POS POINT OF SALES) They refused to refund me and blamed it on my bank I went to the bank got a print out and now I’m up here with the police about $11.57 Even talked to Sonia the so-called general manager and she refused to refund me stating that it was not showing and refused to give me her boss’s telephone number

About twenty minutes wait for food with only two guests ahead. Had to wait even longer for them to fulfill online and I guess drive thru orders and while the lady made 10 trips to the back to get ingredients etc.. I don’t know what’s going on here but I’ve never in my life waited anywhere near this long at a subway before

Epic new building. Just had a great sandwich (spicy Italian with Italian herbs and cheese bread with pepper jack cheese (toasted) and purple and green onions lettuce and Mayo(best sandwich IMO)). One of the best Subway’s in the country forsure!

Order a chicken bacon and ranch salad and 6 inch oven roasted chicken sub with bacon through thr drive thru. The salad alone was $9 normally its no problem but the salad bowl wasn’t even close to half way full. The sub was made wrong. Went in and had the sub redone. The employees were fussing about orders. Remade the sub but didn’t heat up the chicken or bacon. Gave it to us all cold.

Ate here this morning April 12th. One employee working another one called in right before her shift. It was a little slow but not bad and not because of lack of effort. The young woman working by herself was working hard to get everyone served. Good to see an employee working hard

This is the worst experience that I’ve had since the new owner took over. I was a previous employee for the old owners and let me just say that it should not take 15 min for me to get in and get food and get out. Yet my sandwich took more than 2 minutes which is the set time that subway HQ allows for a sandwich to be on the line. And then for another girl to just blurt out how when she was at the bank the girl gave her incorrect change. I don’t need to know company money business. Very unprofessional. And no I do not need anything free. I think some people need to be trained again on customer service.
