Restaurant was very clean, food was okay. The guy who made my sandwich just didn’t know what he was doing or didn’t care. Half of it fell out before he even wrapped it and the rest fell out when I got home. They were really nice guys, but for the price of food these days you’ll need to do better to keep customers coming back.

The food was good however service and atmosphere was completely rude. A man came in 25+ minutes before closing and was told he couldn’t eat inside because they “were closing”. Friends of staff were taking food and drink and not paying for it.(sandwiches and drinks not only cookies).

I came in at 2:40 on a Sunday and they wouldn’t take my order. Said they don’t have a “night shift”. Open sign was on, hours on the door said 9am-9pm for Sunday.

Change your times on Google and UberEATS. You waste our time when you don’t take care of your business. UberEATS is my business so update your stuff or we will all turn off pairing here. I’m not paying to come back out here to a closed store.

I love Subway’s new-ish steak and cheese sandwich. I order it often. However, this location is extremely stingy with steak. I’ve gone to many other Subways since this incident occurred and the process is always the same- (I know this because I see them make the sandwich and I paid extra attention just in case I was being grumpy the first time it happened) -the employee takes the scooper and scoops two times for a footlong. 99% of employees simply scoop twice, which leaves a tiny overflow. The older women at this McKelvey road location scoop, and then actually take extra time to pick out steak until it is below the scooper line. I cannot fathom why they think I wouldn’t notice this. I politely asked for more steak during one of these times and pointed out that there were portions of the sandwich with no meat. She replied: “Oh, I just have to spread it out there is plenty of meat.” When she attempted to do this there was a full inch in the center and an inch on each side with absolutely no meat. I again asked for a tiny bit extra to cover these portions and pointed the empty portions out to her. This is a 10 dollar sandwich after all. I expect meat in each bite or at least close to it. She finally did so, and then charged me for extra meat without telling me… I didn’t say anything but I certainly noticed the extra charge.
