I’ve been in here 3 times in the past month and the ladies here want to charge extra for cheese. The bad part also they tell everyone that the bathroom is out of order so people can’t use it even if they dine in .Really not cool for some older people that need to really use it when they eat at this subway location. Bathroom seems to be permanently closed. I’d like to wash my hands before eating a sandwich. I took my business across the street to the Sauganash Grill that has a bathroom available for customers.

I love subway breakfast and go to different locations throughout the city. I came to this location and was treated nicely by the staff. However, when I drank my cola, I discovered that there were ants in my cup. They had come out of the machine. The lady apologized but I was already put off at that point. I will still go to subway for breakfast but just not this one.

used to love eating here but this location has lost me as a customer i made it there @ 948 pm ( thier clock inside said this there sign says they close at ten) at first the lady tried to ignore me then she said she was closed after she disrespected me by going to the back room . i will be complaining to corporate and ill be sure to tell many of your loyal customers my expirence . start appreciating the neighborhood that keeps you afloat… just ridiculous if you guys think thats how you run a buisness
