I think this is a great location. I never have an issue with my pizza. There are a few times though that I’ve gotten one in the toppings. Could have been spread out better or had a little bit more so it’s not always perfect but it’s like out of every maybe five times I order. There might be one time that I’m not as happy so I’m going to give it five stars. Called an order in tonight. Went over there picked it up. It’s hot and fresh. Whoever made it they cut the pizza right. Toppings were all over covering every inch of it. Absolutely perfect. Great job you guys appreciate it. Keep up the good work! I have had consistently awful experiences at this location. The first time I visited, one of the employees was extremely rude to a deaf DoorDash driver. He clearly couldn’t understand what she was asking, and instead of being patient or helpful, he was blatantly disrespectful.
The second time, I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, only to be told it would be an hour and a half wait for a single Hot-N-Ready pizza. That was incredibly frustrating after being ignored for so long.
My most recent visit was the worst. When I walked in, the employee making pizzas yelled, “I’ll be right with you,” then proceeded to eat pepperoni while preparing someone’s order. On top of that, the pizza crust was barely cooked — any less time in the oven and it would’ve been raw.
This location clearly has serious issues with customer service, food handling, and basic professionalism. I will not be returning.

Keep ur head up and please don’t let rude customers get u down !!! My son loves to get cheese pizza from this location. The last review I did was not a good one but I want everyone to know you all made a great pizza and cheese bread this evening!

The staff is always friendly and my food always comes out good. Sometimes it is a bit of a wait but it’s in an obviously busy location. I think people like to complain just to complain, but with that being said keep up the good work and I’ll be definitely ordering here again.

Waited for over 45 minutes. I had ordered online ahead of time, thinking that it would save me trouble. So after half an hour I show up and my name didn’t show up on the kiosk where I would typically pick up the pizza from. I had asked the person at the counter if they knew anything about it, they went to the back they start shuffling things around (I guess they got sidetracked) then a customer behind me comes up and asked about her order because she, too, was waiting a long time. he goes and gets her order and gives it to her. Meanwhile, I’m still standing there right in front of him and at that point I ask him “any word on mine?” Come to find out, they did load it up into the kiosk. They just didn’t type in the information that it was ready with my name on it. No sorry, nothing absolute garbage service.

Stopped by for a quick take out pizza and got a pepperoni pizza that was cold and missing sauce and cheese on a good portion. See photo. They couldn’t spread it out properly? Tasted like cardboard and was chewy. Kids still finished it but unenthusiasticly. Service was slow and employee hardly said a word to me.

Placed an online order for the pizza portal. I pulled into the parking lot 10 minutes earlier than the time required. Once I got the text that I need to walk up to the counter I headed inside. The man was slammed with pizzas so I waited another 5-10 minutes. Then the pizza was given to me (cold to the touch) tried to speak to the worker but he already disappeared behind the ovens.
Never again will I trust the pizza from here. Who know how long it was sitting out.
