Asked for the bacon extra crispy, I only received 2 pieces of soggy bacon on the blt and then 1 piece on the chicken bacon ranch barely any chicken, and when you call the location to speak to them they don’t answer. Took some pictures and disputed the charge this place is trying to scam, hope all the people who can’t reach them just do the same and dispute it with your bank.

Terrible service! Very rude, kept dismissing me and wouldn’t even put extra oil vinegar and oregano like how I wanted on my sandwich. Mind you they only put the regular portion, I know this because I am a former subway employee!

I ordered 2 footlongs through the mobile app. Both orders were short on meat. It was if they only used the meat from a 6″ sandwich and spread it out. Also, I put an order in for pepper jack cheese. American cheese was used instead. I really dislike the taste of American cheese. Overall I was disappointed in my experience. I’m not sure what happened to the service here but I can say that I will not be returning.

My son ordered a foot long churro from this location about 20 minutes ago on Door Dash. When I tell you that Churro was hard as a rock, I mean it. He took a bite of it and almost broke a tooth. I tried to cut it with a knife and had to add alot of strength. That is just disgusting, how long are you keeping these churros for that they get that hard?!!

The food is typical, but communication is difficult. After being billed incorrectly for my order, and unable to understand the cashier at all, I eventually left without my food. When I said I did not understand his speech, he responded by raising his voice and continuing to mumble. I will not be returning.

The older man was extremely rude i asked for a few extra veggies and he got irritated with me and took the formula sheet off the glass cover i didn’t appreciate him putting his hands on that and then putting his hands back on my food and he put the formula sheet in my face and told me he won’t give me any extra, Iv never had any issues before when i have asked for extra vegetables in any other subway it made me extremely uncomfortable I won’t be coming back to this location again they have lost me as a customer completely . Be careful if you ask for anything extra even when you spend 40 plus dollars they won’t give anything extra even tho it is standard to if a paying customer asks

Honestly it’s an okay place I don’t hate it and it’s good. The guy behind the counter is a BIT rude but they get you your food regardless. It’s only good if you don’t order online though so it’s best to just show up if you want DECENT food

Has to be the worst location I’ve ever Ordered from I placed the order it was confirmed I checked I can’t track the delivery cause my order was voided I didn’t receive a confirmation email or refund or anything so I called the restaurant they said no order was placed but I have proof so he hung up something needs to be done about this waste of my money and time I want to file a complaint
