Three stars cause the food was good, but the cheesy garlic knots( or whatever they are) did not contain much cheese like the picture shows. The rest of the food was good, but the waitress only came to the table to get our orders, and bring our food, not cause it was busy, maybe cause she was too busy on her phone or standing there holding the front counter down. When I worked in restaurants, if we weren’t busy there’d better not be crumbs all over the tables and floors, and when we weren’t busy we had better find something to do besides stand there and do nothing. Maybe things have changed since I worked in the food business (2&1/2 years).

I have held off on writing this review for two days or so. Having said that, this pizza hut should close down. Management decided the buffet had to go. The fountain drinks had no ice. The bottled drinks were slim pickings. The table were not clean. The interior looked old and worn out. There were boxes piled in spots in the dining room. We did dine in, but should have taken it to go. They brought it to us in boxes with paper plates. I tried to cancel the order but they couldn’t since it was processed already. The worst pizza hut I have ever been too. The staff was clueless and to busy doing karate kicks behind the register. Never going back unless the store is remolded and a under new Management sign is hung out on building.

Worst experience ever! They didn’t get my phone number right, said they called twice and left 2 messages. They called the wrong number. Now my pizza is late and cold, salad is hot from being left in the bag for over an hour. Mazzio’s is the way to go in this town! Sulphur, Ok

The Pizza Hut experience is gone, salad bar is gone, dine in is gone, service is non-existent but they still want a tip, and what’s up with charging for parmesan. That’s something I’ve made fun of Dominos for doing because they are money grubbing company with trash pizza, and now Pizza Hut is no better. I’m not sure how much, if any, business I’ll be doing with Pizza Hut going forward.

Okay yeah the food is good, but when I ordered a delivery for cash, it took almost 2 hours for a small pizza and chicken Alfredo. Then I got a call from someone at the store saying I had to pay with card because it was going through doordash. Well the dasher shows up and says I’m okay to pay with cash. It’s obvious that some of these people do not know what they are doing and need to be trained well enough to do their jobs.

I would not recommend this pizza hut location for dine in at all. The service was horrible. We were the only diners in the restaurant at the time and there was not a clean table to sit at. The floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped in weeks. I will definitely not be returning to this location to eat!

I’ll actually like to give it a 4.5 stars, but this was my first visit (I live in OKC, was visiting my nephew). But the staff really impressed me with the service. Really makes a difference in the whole experience. The food was okay, but one of the staff had overheard a comment I made to my nephew and said “you know we can X, Y and Z” (basically do many things at no extra cost to make it like I liked better). If I lived down there I would definitely see if it lived up to how the staff was trying to run it.
