Horrible experience. Expect problems and no customer service.

My nightmare started last Sunday when I ordered a sandwich in the app at a little before 6pm. Their hours in Google says they are open to 7pm, so it should be good. Their system accepted the order and debited my card. It said the order was being built so I headed to the store which is inside a BP gas station and has a Dunkin as well. When I got there a few minutes later, the lights were off and they were just about done with their end of night closing tasks, so they had likely started shutting down well before they actually closed. I spoke with girl there who told me they close @ 6pm. I explained that they’re system took my order and told me it was being built. I obviously was not getting my sandwich, and she took my name and phone number and said she would call me the next day after she cancelled the order. She did not call and the transaction went through. I heard nothing on Monday or Tuesday, so they clearly did not care.

I went in on Wednesday and they were somewhat aware of my situation and called their manager to discuss. They would not give me a refund, but offered me the sandwich that I had already paid for. So, I was hungry and just decided to take the sandwich.

She built the sandwich skimping on every item, like the costs were coming directly out of her pocket. She focused on the center of the sandwich and neglecting ingredients on the ends. She did however over spice the sandwich by accidentally dumping an obnoxious amount of salt and pepper on the center veggies and not consistent throughout the sandwich.

Then I asked to make it a combo with chips and a drink, which is $2.99 extra. If I was the manager, I would give that to the customer for free to compensate for the entire bad situation and especially for not following up, which is inexcusable. A good manager would put a smile on their customers face, and make it right. But, that did not happen here. They could care less about their customers and don’t understand how to run a retail operation. No, not only did they not do that, she tried to charge me the full price (about $5) for the chips and drink and would not give me the combo deal price because she said the sandwich was considered “waste” in her register. I explained that I paid for the sandwich already but she did not understand and would only charge the full price and got very indignant with me. It was at that point that I told her I was never coming back and did not take the chips and drink.

What I did not realize until I got home, was just how bad the sandwich was. The bread was stale and crumbly, the lettuce was partially brownish and wilted, the tomatoes mushy and had a bad taste to them, but the worst was the pickles. They were old, translucent, and ransid. I got through about two or three bites and tossed the whole thing out.

My friends don’t go there because they say it’s a food place inside a gas station and that is what is expected from a place like that. I truly gave them a chance, but that has now ended in disaster and I learned a lesson about gas station food. I thought Subway would have standards and train their people well. I was wrong.

There is rarely anyone in there when I have gone and now they will have one less person from a dwindling group of people who gave them a chance.

Very bad service, when we go for pickup, even if show them the order, the employee wants to see unnecessary information and delay the whole pick up process and the attitude is not welcoming or respectful and customer service is zero

Had doordash delivery from this establishment. It was incredibly bad. Absolutely no meat on sandwich, practically no toppings as requested, way too expensive for that.

I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this location. I ordered 2 foot longs and before I even picked my veggies, the girl asked if I had a coupon. Not sure why they ask ahead of paying so I asked her why. She acted like she conviently can’t speak English. She muttered something like the Philly is not included in the coupon, but I ordered turkey and chicken. Then I asked for a plastic bag since I had 2 sandwiches, 2 chips, and 3 cookies. She pointed to the paper bag that she had stuffed with 2 footlongs and 3 cookies. I had to carry everything else separately along with my purse. The other review is 100% on point – she skimps on ingredients like it’s coming out of her own personal pocket. Never again!!!

I love to come here since the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve gone often enough that some even know me. It’s great when you need some Subway, and convenient because of the Dunkin and gas station

Horrible place. It was my first time ever going here and last as well. Save your money. The guy with blue glasses, was not wearing a mask at all. He was it phong attention AT ALL. He began to do all three subs I ordered at the same time, adding the wrong things on the wrong one. I would ask questions and he would not reply. He was too focused on the Dunkin workers. He shoved all three of our subs in the oven and turned it up to the point the bread was falling apart. He sneezed into his shirt and had NO GLOVES when he wiped his face. Continued to try to give a cup like that. HECK NO. The chicken was not fully cooked either and had a weird smell. All the condiments looked old. Save your money and drive to a different location.

The staff is extremely rude if they even answer you at all. The guy working today was a guy with glasses and shaggy hair. He didn’t even answer us when we asked a questions. He wasn’t wearing a mask either…..that’s gross especially during Covid. So we walked out.
Not only was my experience today bad, but on one other occasion I overheard the owner talking badly about customers who had visited. She was a very mean woman and all her little employees were sharing their stories about how much they disliked customers too. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Yes, subway people are stingy putting toppings on top of the sandwiches, but this location was the worst ever! I asked for the new fresh mozzarella cheese. I got the shredded cheese. When I asked for the vegetables I wanted, the lettuce was so thin it only covered the middle of the sandwich and you could see the bread under. The tomatoes were only half the normal amount to cover the whole lettuce, one small spread of onions and what looked like five black olives. BAD
