I will never go back there. Chicken was cold and hard. They need to update their menu plus costs. My dog wouldn’t even eat the chicken. The lady was not even nice at in drive-through window. I ask for honey mustard got barbecue. She didn’t even put receipt in the bag. It cost me $37 and some change. I would complain but don’t have a receipt.

I am a KFC fan. However, The Chillicothe KFC is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Not just one bad experience but consistently horrible. I could overlook the bad service. I’ve even been told how to get around them never having extra crispy chicken, Call ahead the manager says…. Yet when I call ahead and go straight there, within the 5 minutes it takes me to get there, They have sold the chicken they said they would hold for me not once but twice. The worst part, It’s not extra crispy once it has sat so long that it has turned dark Brown. Another manager says after 6 o’clock extra crispy is cooked to order, Obviously a lie. If you don’t want to provide what is on the menu at least be honest about it. Every time I think of this restaurant I just shake my head in disgust. Yet I still have faith that corporate will someday come in and straighten this franchise out. I don’t understand How KFC corporate can allow an individual franchise to continue to damage their good reputation.

Well I normally like eating at the kfc in Chillicothe Ohio. The food is usually very good, service is usually good, inside the dining area is usually good. However, tonight I have made the choice that I will not eat at this restraunt again over a specific issue I have a very strong opinion about. My family & I were in line to go through the drive thru to place our order, well my 5 yr old starts a tantrum about needing to go inside to take care of her personal business, so I back up & park to take her inside.This is at 7:50 pm on a Friday night, it’s still daylight out, walking to go inside & before we even get away from the car I have one of the 3 workers who are standing outside smoking holler out to me that the dining area is closed. I can understand that restraunts do close dining areas early when not busy, however in this situation we weren’t going to go inside to eat or place our order, still had planned to do that through the drive thru. This was about a 5 yr old needing to take care of her needs instead we were told this by workers who are outside smoking. I don’t understand how it would’ve hurt anyone or held up anything by not allowing a child to handle her personal business while they stood & smoked. I don’t know the exact count of how many workers were working but I do know that I have been eating here for 10 plus yrs and there usually isn’t many employees, 7 or 8 is most I think I probably have ever seen during different shifts that I have visited the place over the yrs, I just know that in this situation 3 of those employees were standing outside, yet my 5 yr old was denied to handle her business when I have been & was going to be once again a paying customer. So yes, it may sound petty to some but I feel strongly different about it considering the fact I have eaten here at this restraunt for yrs & kfc

Terrible service. Rude lady today. I asked for extra honey and she’s like um I can give you 3 packets for your 3 biscuits. She was just rude all around. I paid $17 for my order and she acted like the honey came out of her pay. She was rude and I’ll probably never go back. I never have a good experience when I do go. Chillicothe KFC is terrible.

This place is an absolute disaster! It all starts with a lousy franchise owner who lacks responsibility in providing a quality team at this restaurant. The management has a careless attitude with a lackluster of leadership skills and it shows from the performance of your team members. You need to get it together KFC!

Went to drive thru at about 8:30 pm to order an 8 piece bucket just to be told it would be a 35 minute wait as anything ordered after 8 pm was cooked to order. They are open until 10 pm. The drive thru person was rude and condescending. After getting home I called the establishment and talked to a person who said they were the regional manager and discussed the situation. I was informed that KFC was NOT a fast food company and that they have to minimize waste so they don’t cook up chicken until it is ordered after 8PM. I looked KFC on line and they are the largest FAST FOOD CHAIN IN THE UNITED STATES. Something is wrong here.

If I could give negative stars, they would get -5. The people who work there are always super rude, acting like they don’t want to be there, and the manager is the worst of all. The food wasn’t even hot when we brought it home, and the chicken didn’t even look like chicken. Funny that they have a sign on their window that says “no refunds we’ll make your order right.” I’ll believe that when it actually happens. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down yet. Never going back to the Chillicothe location again.

I have been through the drive thru probably 10 times and 9/10 times they mess up the order. I’ve also doordashed through here and have had problems at 11 am them being out of chicken… 1 hour after they open…
