Placed a online order that said to arrive at 3:33. I showed up at 3:35 through the drive thru and the guy on the speaker said “we haven’t even started it so pull around or come inside” I chose to pull around since I had 2 kids with me. I pulled around and waited on two other cars and then got to the speak and by this time its 341. Once again the guy at the speaker says “we haven’t even started the order” I asked why the app says to come at 3:33 if they haven’t even started my order and he got rude with an attitude. By this time they have taken 5 drive thru orders and serviced them all but can’t make my measly $20 online order. I ask if I should come back in 10 mins and the speaker goes silent. I wait and someone comes back on and says yeah sure 10 minutes. I leave and come back with my husband 8 mins later. He goes inside and waits 5mins additional (3:55 at this point) then asks for my order and the guy slides it across the counter with an attitude and as my husband walks away he hears him tell his co-workers that I left the drive thru and said I didn’t want my order anymore which was obviously a big fat lie and moral of the story is this place lacks costumer service…….. with all the bad reviews I shouldn’t be surprised.

The people working here are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She gets order wrong every single time I order. She refuses to correct HER mistake. Always out of something which I am not sure if it’s just her being rude or if it’s actually true. This issue will be communicated to corporate as well.

This was the worst employee I have ever encountered at any restaurant. Older heavy set guy told the lady in front of me to leave if she didn’t like it. Was rude with me through condiments at we when I bothered him asking. If I hadn’t already ordered and paid I’d left also. The food was old greasy and cold. Do not waste your time, money, or well being on this location.

This restaurant never fails to disappoint. The food was actually fresh and hot today but the service continues to need work. The drive thru guy finally came to the front counter to take my order and acted like it was an inconvenience for him. This same person needs to have a uniform that actually fits him. His stomach and rear end were visible the entire time I watched him assembling orders. Management needs replaced. They have no care about the success of their franchise.

This place never fails to disappoint. Waiting at the drive through for 20 minutes…only to drive by the window to see a few people standing around, hands on hips, literally doing nothing. I park, ask what’s going on and the response is, ” we’re short staffed”. This is unacceptable if you’re not going to close your doors and post some signage. I’m literally deleting my app and never returning.

Best $10 I ever wasted. Dirty and smells inside. Unfriendly service. Half of fries served. Chicken had to sit under heat lamp for hours. No refunds, so I left without my food. $10 education to never return. The Colonel would be ashamed!

My wife and I come here about once or twice a year just to see if the service has improved. Sadly, we just attempted again and the food is cold. Every time we come here there is something wrong with our food. No really… every. Single. Time. I cant speak for management this time around, but the service in the past has been terrible. Really hope KFC gets it together. I used to love it as a kid. I think its just Chillicothe. That mead air is getting to them.

They leave you waiting at the counter to be waited on then when they finally acknowledge you they act like it is a problem to wait on you Very RUDE and obviously the manager is ok with it judging by the reviews. Napkin dispenser was empty and don’t expect butter for your biscuit. Would not recommend . Had a dirty fan setting on the counter pointed at the prep area.

Rude staff. They got my order wrong tried to tell me I was wrong bc they messed up. Old lady in the drive thru seemed irritated with her job even though she’s had many years to pick a different one. The employees here are lazy and incompetent. If I owned this franchise I’d fire the entire lot and start fresh because they lose business over it and the drive thru is always empty.

I ordered ahead. When I arrived ( ten min after the time I was told my food should be ready) I was told my food wasn’t ready. The worker seemed stressed out as she wasn’t very friendly. She was alone from what I could see. Noonish on a Sunday. I don’t really blame her for her lack of customer service. I work in the food industry as well, and I know it can be a lot. I finally got my food and was told then they didn’t have everything I had ordered. I wasn’t sure why it allowed me to order it if they didn’t have it? I asked if my card had been refunded but was instructed that I’d have to get the number from the Internet and call to get a refund. I asked if I could just swap it out for something of the same price, to which she replied “No.” All in all a bad experience, not the workers fault I’m sure it falls on management. Would I eat there again? Doubtful. That’s why I didn’t even bother getting my refund. Some lessons come at a cost.
