Most of the time this is a good place though they need to change their sign for when their hours. On September 16,2020 I went in to get a sandwich about 7:45 . A employee I think his name was Tyler said that they were closed. Another customer was sitting in their eating as well. The sign says 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. I noticed also that they were still cleaning up at 8:30. I would rate this as poor customer service when all the food is still out and to say they are closed. Normally I would give a high rating but not this time.

I ordered the daily special and he tried to charge me regular price and when I called him on it he said he thought I grabbed chips. He wasn’t very apologetic and I might be wrong but I think this employee was skimming. He never did give a receipt either or offer to. The food was good though

I used to eat pretty regularly here. But I can’t any longer. Dissatisfied with my sandwich every time. Just not worth the $ anymore. No more BBQ sauce… old crunchy bread.. my son used to love the meatball sub. But the past few times he has been disappointed and thrown it out. The meatballs were hard as a rock. I can’t believe that they find that acceptable to serve. I wouldn’t even give that to my dog.

Placed an order online today, went to pick it up and it was not ready and they were short staffed and out of everything and the chicken on my sandwich was ice cold after being toasted, I was rushed to tell them my order when they had it on paper right in front of them. It was the worst and I will not return to or recommend this specific store.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. They were out of a lot of things. Flies were in the cheese and meats and when I mentioned it to the employee she looked at it and did nothing. Customer service was horrific! Irritated workers who u could tell didn’t want to be there. The subway franchise should be appaled!!!
