The people here work hard and are very polite. I have a feeling they are not getting paid right when the register ask you if you want to leave a to p then the tip jar I see right next to the register. They make plenty of money and who in do they think is making all their money for them? Their employees. PS it’s way to cold in there.

Poor ability to execute online orders. Were out of avocados but charged me for it. Did not toast the break. They said that they do not have the ability to make adjustments to payments made online. No tips next time. Improve your work quality.

I’m assuming the “open” sign at 4:30pm doesn’t actually mean open. I walked up, attempt to open the door, there is someone in the lobby and girl behind the count is shaking her head at me so this must be how they communicate that they’re closed.

to whoever reads these reviews from your store, or company, you will lose great employees to other companies who care. Thomas took care of 4+ customers in front of me, as well as 6+ behind me. Everyone was confused as to why he was alone the whole entire time (usually at least 3 consistent workers I see on a regular basis) and he stated they’re in the back. Not sure doing what, but one of the workers came out and saw the line, laughed, and said he could do it himself. Every single costumer was blown away. I come here regularly and loved all the workers, but that was uncalled for. As a recruiter working for another company, I hope he gets a position somewhere else where management handles situations like these appropriately enough to where things like that aren’t allowed. Great job Thomas!!! You deserve a company who cares.
