My experience at the Andover Subway was superb. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, drink, and cookie and enjoyed it quite a lot. Isabella was very nice and helpful, even helping me decide on what sandwich to get.

Subway has got out of hand with their prices. The food is okay but not at $10/sub which was two six inches. Sub made poorly at this location with burned bacon which is extra. Bread was not fresh, worker was not putting on full peices of meat for a overly priced sub already. Not a good location and honestly not worth the money at any Subway. Stay away from Subway as they are charging way too much for not so average foods. Get a loaf of bread and deli meat and make the whole family a sandwhich from home for cheaper than $20 and it will be of better quality anyways. Subway

I just stopped in tonight. 2 staff members working, both extremely friendly. The one that made my sandwich was so calm, kind, and knowledgeable. I didn’t exactly understand my fiancés text order lol, and she listened intently, moved quickly and made 2 perfect sandwiches. Awesome job you 2!! Good hires!!

Really disappointed with my experience at this location. Haven’t been here in over a year and was feeling a delicious, healthy option for supper. Ordered my sandwich and was waiting to apply veggies but was asked by the staff member at the till to pay before my sandwich was completed. I asked if I could get my veggies and what not before I paid and the staff member, still standing at the till, rolled her eyes and said, “I guess if that’s how you want to do it.” She then proceeded to aggressively wash her hands in record time, apply gloves and passive aggressively ask me what I wanted on my sandwich. I politely asked for various add-ons which were quickly thrown onto my sandwich in the most minimal amounts I have EVER received at ANY subway in my life. I’ve never felt like so much of a burden for asking to get what I want on my sandwich before paying for it. Really disappointed with the lack of amounts of each add on I asked for; really disappointed with the staff member’s attitude; really disappointed with the over all experience at this location. Won’t be returning to this location.

This is by far the worst managed Subway Restaurant. Every evening is run by kids without proper management to help support and guide them. The food is never fresh after hours and toppings are never freshly replenished. My family is a frequent customer and this has been poorly for years.

I would get five stars but there is an occasional person that works there that doesn’t know what vegetables are, besides that I give it definitely a four stars a lot of people I have recognized over the years and then make very good subs. The ingredients are always fresh, and I haven’t found a single member on the staff that is not friendly. It’s a great experience and the best Subway around. I have gone to multiple subways and it’s just horrible. I would go to my way to go to this one just because of the staff and how they were in the restaurant

ordered through Doordash. They did not hand the Dasher the drinks. Each of the sandwiches had double the meat requested on each. I barely had enough to consider one level of meat. And I paid extra for all of this, I called the location to figure out what was going on because the doctor was confused. The doctor came back having visited a gas station to pick up the pop they failed to hand them….
