I stopped by this Subway location today around 6 to grab sandwiches before my kids’ softball game. I was in a rush and half-expecting a long wait, but to my surprise, the service was incredibly fast and efficient!
There were two young men working behind the counter—both were polite, upbeat, and clearly knew what they were doing. They moved quickly but still made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The sandwiches were fresh and made with care, I will definitely be coming back to this location.

jacob was amazing and has AMAZING customer service. normally when i go to just about any subway, i don’t get the feeling that anyone working cares about customers. Jacob was the exception. kept the place very clean, kept and made conversation while working on an online order and my own, and my sandwich was perfect. good kid and i really appreciated the quality of the service.

The staff are unfriendly, and when they made my sub the toppings weren’t even spread out correctly. The employee also sneezed in his hand and he was just going to continue making my sandwich.. I had to ask him to please wash his hands. Completely disgusted.. the other employee tries to finish mine and I asked for a little mayo. She put on so much I had to ask her to stop.. she had to take almost half the mayo off.. I will never return to subway again, and this wast the first time something like this happened. I remember when subway was good food and decent prices

Its still the same subway food. But i believe that atmosphere and customer service makes a place great, and the managers i spoke to obviously instill that in their workers. 10/10 would go back

They never have anything stocked for meat. Today they tried to serve me cold meatballs straight out of the freezer and warm them up in the toaster. None of the tables were clean and the team making the sandwiches does not know how to work together, I repeated myself 4 times to 2 different people on the cheese I wanted. They were yelling out the door when we were sitting in the dining area because they gave a customer the wrong sandwich. They literally are the most jumbled team I’ve seen. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. We’ve also waited in line on multiple occasions here for 20 to 25 mins before. Whoever manages the store is running it into the ground. Was a much more well oiled machine when Dean was here.

My family decided to stop at this location for dinner after a school event this past week. They were not busy, and had 2 people working, a younger male & female. My family ordered 3 subs, and 2 of the subs were the same. I couldn’t see over the counter at the meat and cheese part, but I told the male what type of bread, cheese and subs that we wanted. He asked if we wanted it toasted, which I only wanted the chicken heated up. When we reach the veggie part, all I could see was the melted cheese on the subs. He started with my daughters sub, and she asked for black olives, he instead put jalapeños (thank goodness I caught it) so he removed MOST of them, she still found some when she ate the sub though. When he got to my sub, I had to ask him 4 times for extra toppings. Which I think I’m rather simple on my sub, spinach, black olives, onions and mayo… he put maybe 5 leafs of spinach the first time. He did the same thing on my husband’s sub, and he had to ask for more toppings. I paid $40 for 3 subs!! When we arrived home to eat, mine & my daughter’s subs had no teriyaki sauce on it, so it was extremely dry! I have taken pictures of the subs to prove the sauce was not added and I have been ordering the same sub for years, and they always add the teriyaki at the meat part, apparently he didn’t, even though that was the sandwich we ordered! I have tried calling the restaurant several time’s to speak to someone, but no one answers the phone. I would not recommend this location.
