The past couple times I’ve ordered for delivery and carryout, the food has been more miss than hit. Last time, the pizza was good but the parmesan bites were awfully overcooked with very little garlic or parmesan. This time the bread was good, but the cheese dip was just a thin layer of overcooked cheese and a pizza that was barely sliced. We lost the toppings pulling it off and required a fork to get the cheese dip. I don’t know if you can call it dip if you have to eat it with a fork. Not only that, but it was burnt and crunchy on the edges, so most of the dip was non-existent. The orders have been wrong each time in some way or another and we already skimp by picking up ourselves because the cost has just gone up more and more lately. I guess I’m just disappointed in how little effort workers put forth to make somewhat good food. We used to love Dominos and now I’m thinking about going back to Papa Johns.

The can’t get right location. They have one job to do. I ordered on April 26th and they got one of my pizzas wrong. I called to let them know, they corrected it by giving me a free pizza credit. I tried them again bc I had a free pizza to redeem as well as the pizza credit. They still managed to get both pizza’s wrong. One lady took the incorrect pizza back and I ended up having to wait another 30-40 minutes for them to remake both my pizzas. At this point they could’ve given me free Ranch or a soda and I probably wouldn’t have been as irritated. But they didn’t apologize or really try to make anything right. Then a man walks in that looks to be the manager came in joking about why my pizzas were wrong bc I was eating pork instead of rectifying the situation and he walks out and just says they will work on it. I won’t be spending my money at Domino’s for awhile, or at least not at this location. Horrible!

Probably 3.5 stars. My customer service interaction was excellent. However, overall the customer service seemed to lack urgency, and seemed more involved in themselves than acknowledging customers. The food was okay, definitely not bad, but there wasn’t anything outstanding or distinctive about the taste.

We ordered 5 pizzas, cinnamon twist, and lava cakes. 1 out of 5 pizzas was made wrong. When called to ask for it to be fixed the manager Edwin refused to fix it because he said he made it so it was done right. We wanted light sauce and extra pepperoni.. this is not what we got!! He said to bring it in a prove it was wrong. This is poor business ethics for a business and a manager. Will be getting ahold of corporate and his district manager.

I normally enjoying getting pizza from here but only if I pick it up. Every single time without a doubt when I order delivery my order is wrong or I get someone else’s delivery order. Today my delivery order was not only past the estimated time but also wrong. One pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and sausage, then the other half just cheese. It showed up with half pepperoni on one side, with half sausage on the other side but with no cheese. Like the half the pizza that had the sausage had no cheese.
