as a former subway employee, this was horrible i did an online order and picked it up the ends of the sandwich had nothing it was like a pregnant joint the things i asked for less were more and the thing i asked for more were less, its bad enuff this branch of the company doesnt except and promotions or coupons.. so i paid 22 dollars for a footlong sandwich that really sucked, do better… foot long chicken sandwich with more meat not double and extra cheese, i was just sad

Dropped by on a rainy night at 11:40. The service was quick and Alysse (apologies if the spelling is wrong!) took our order. Super positive energy and great attitude especially for it being so late and they were busy handling online/doordash orders as well as us. The sandwiches were delicious and assembled well! The establishment itself was very clean and organized. We definitely will come visit again and thank you again to Alysse for such great service!

I dont know who works here in the evening, like 6PM-12AM, but yall were poorly trained or something. the sandwiches are always atrocious. Always soggy. If i ask for extra things on the sandwich, there is no balance, yall just overload it to a point where things are just falling out of the sandwich. Tonight was the same thing but I couldn’t help but notice the SUBWAY CRUNCH WAS STALE. YUCK!!

I ordered on the app and everything looked fine on my end, but the sandwich artist said she never got my order. I was charged for it, including a tip!!! She refused to make me a sandwich even after I waited 30 minutes in case the order finally went through.

The guy behind the counter would rather me come back there then do the job he applied to do. He also made a comment about my “attitude” because I asked to have my sauce on last and not directly on the bread to the customer left in the store once I exited. Ordered through DoorDash and received the wrong order. Ordered a footlong multigrain of the great garlic chicken and instead received a footlong herb and cheese with chicken teriyaki. Didn’t even have the correct veggies. Allergic to jalapeños and I’m glad I saw they were on there before I ate it. DoorDash won’t do anything and the person argued with me on the phone saying it wasn’t wrong. Very upset.
