I came in at 1:30pm today. Three workers behind the counter. One was at the cash register, one was standing at the place you wrap up the sandwiches, and one was helping a lady put veggies on her order. I stood at the end where you start your order, and made eye contact with two of the employees who ignored me and continued waiting for their third coworker to finish making a sandwich for the only other customer. After waiting for 3 minutes without being served or even acknowledged, I walked out. I decided to take the time to write this review and hope it motivates the workers to figure out how to flex and help out customers instead of just standing at their stations.

I went in around 7pm on 8/24/21 and there was no line. I had to order 3 sandwiches. My sandwich artist was fantastic. Quick and and accurate. He was amicable and I wish I had gotten his name. I hope management sees this post and knows who I am talking about. He was the only person there at the time. The bread was the best I’ve gotten from Subway in a long time. Some of the best bread in general I’ve had a sandwich on in a while! I’m very impressed and will go out of my way to return to THIS Subway next time I order!

I tend to go to this Subway location more frequently than the other Subway of equal distance because Parker, who works the evening shift is so nice. (I think that’s his name if he was wearing the correct name tag). He’s extremely personal, quick & efficient & doesn’t make me feel weird about being super specific about my order.

I ordered a six inch and a footlong. I got a drink and chips. However, I git charged for 2 drinks and 2 chips. I only got a refund for one drink and not the other chips. Very frustrated! I don’t plan on going back to this subway with such incompetent workers.
