You come to the St. Bernard for the staff and the locals and interesting tourists who have stumbled upon it. Those who do, always return. Personally I thought the food was good, not great. But the place overall is great.
This is a comfortable, friendly mountain bar with a great dance floor and a great vibe. I’ve even seen people get married here!
I’ll be back!

Highly recommended by the locals. And no wonder. On a Thursday night , they ran a trivia game. It was so much fun.
The food was outstanding, the atmosphere convivial, and the overall experience was just comfortable and relaxed.
Highly recommend the curry bowl (most popular, and no wonder!), meh on the Adult Mac, filling and satisfying Burger. Our entire table of 12 ordered the Coldsmoke Ale, which was excellent.

Yum! Beers are great, food is great. We had the pretzel which was solid. We had the curry with tofu that was delicious with the perfect amount of spice. We also had the house salad which had kale! Such a great healthy addition to our meal. Highly recommend!

The St Bernard is an absolute must-visit when you’re in the area. After a long day of skiing, the burger filled me up and the corn salsa + Fritos is the perfect compliment. The staff (including the owner) is incredibly friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable. We make it a point to have dinner here during our annual trip to Schweitzer!

Super cute and friendly. Beware the french dip is appetizer size portion. Tiny and just deli packaged meat. The upsells are not worth it. Burger and chips better deal.

The place was super busy for a Sunday night (The Seahawks were playing).
Food was good, service was great. Location was convenient. Ambiance was what you want out of a mountain pub. And the view from the deck was breath taking! We will be back and will bring friends next time.

What a great place to stay the night & have a drink! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect – clean, spacious, newly renovated, well stocked with amenities (kitchen and bath), and an overall very comfortable place to stay the night. The bar upstairs is a great place to watch the sun go down on the mountain, and closes at 10pm so night noise is limited. Great places to eat at the lodge right up the road. Would stay again!

The best of local ski lodges. Cold beer (great selection) and impressive food. Not quite walking distance from the mountain, but worth driving over.

Great place to have a beer, but the food is mediocre and overpriced for what you get.
