We ordered online for pickup. Got our sandwiches, and I have never in my life seen so little meat on a foot long before… so extremely disappointing for paying $13 for one slice of meet on each sub. Will never come back here again

Wait in line to be told they have cheese but can’t prep it she said it would take hour and a half first off i worked at subway all she had to do was cut open the wrapper and put the cheese in a container she said it was because the night people didnt prep i came in at 6 pm. No onions that are prepared and no mayo in the store!! Then she said i could go to Wyoming subway but she didnt offer gas $$$. I went to tge stacy subway.Very rude service!! Close this subway and put a jersey Mike’s please please please!!!!!!!

2 people before me, and it took 25 min to order. Only 2 people working were both young, and they were more concerned about something in the back than making my sub. I got charged for a meal when I only ordered the sandwich. Too bad I didn’t realize it until after I left.

I’m dumbfounded by the apparent incompetence of the management here. I understand staffing shortages and that businesses sometimes need to close early. Inconvenient, but not a big deal.

We’ve been going to this Subway for 10 years, the last 2 years have been horrible! Every time we leave we swear we are never going back. Tonight we waited 30 min. To get a salad and a sandwich, because only one person was working and he clearly had no idea what he was doing. Do better subway! We aren’t going back.

I gave a 1 star but would give no stars if I could. Customer service is trash. I went here to get dinner for myself and my daughter. The women that helped me was named Katie and she made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I ordered and wrap and she started making the wrong one. I politely asked her if I could get the one I originally wanted and she let out the biggest sigh and gave me the dirtiest look. Then she proceeded to help the people behind me while I just sat there waiting for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile I still needed to order another sandwich for my child. I said “ma’am I need another sandwich as well” and in the snottiest tone of voice she said “well, you are just going to have to wait a minute” after that she slid my wrap over quickly spilling all the ingredients out onto the counter and the picked it all up and slapped on the tortilla. I asked for veggies and mayo and she made me feel like it was so inconvenient to help me and didn’t even put mayo on. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. I was so mad I was shaking. So I paid for my food, left and threw it straight in the trash. I will NEVER go back. Thanks again Katie

We arrived at 7:45 PM on a friday and the door was locked, tried to call and no one answered as they turned off lights inside as more people came to the store to order. Extremely rude to disregard customers to not even do as little as put a sign up

Subway in Stacey MN 10/14/2022.. Very awkward……! Walked in during a Training..the lady observer stood within 2feet of the young man making everyone’s sandwiches..He had a huge line of subs..She never spoke our helped in anyway, just stood there way to close and said nothing..It was almost creepy.. The young man clearly had it handled and she definitely should of lended him a hand..we were waiting for at least 15 minutes..when we were leaving we gestured that the lids were almost out..we figured she could at least do that..instantly he had to stop making a sandwich and she followed him to the back were he grabbed lids..She wouldn’t do a thing but follow him around in silence..If this is Subways policy for trainings especially when busy, I will never go to one again..
