They made the sandwiches right and worked through the line quickly. Issue was one member was in the bathroom with a friend, and the other was in back not responding to the people lining up. I stood for 8 minutes before they noticed there was a line of customers after I coughed loudly and there was 6 or 7 customers in front of me and a couple after me.

People should be aware this location does not participate in discounts or coupons from the app. Customer service was about the worst I’ve ever experienced. It was over $25 for two sandwiches and some day old cookies. No drinks, no chips, nothing else.

Ordered two sandwiches half an hour before arriving to the location in hopes that they would be ready long before I arrived due to needing it by a certain time. When i arrived they hadn’t even started them although they’re was only one costumer in the building. They were extremely slow and unapologetic. All the dining chairs where flipped up onto the tables obviously in hopes Too close early. At that time they still had a good hour at least that they were supposed to be open for. But I guess they would rather make it impossible for customers to dine in And lose out on business. They should do their orders in a timely fashion if they had other things that they wanted to do that night or something. I mean completely speculation. I could be totally off , maybe they just don’t know how to do their job, but to me that is what it seemed like. Once i arrived i still had to wait another ten minutes at least for my order to be ready. One guy working the front. Two others in the office loudly just hanging out, discussing last night’s activities. Never an apology, an offer to rectify the issue, not even a thank you or a smile. I’d go as far as to say he maybe even seemed annoyed I even had ordered from them. Well not be going to this location again even though it’s the most convenient unless they get new staff

I am not usually one to complain, but this store is aweful! Incompetent employees and horrible service. It has been this way for months, I am done with it. Do yourselves a favor and go to the subway in the Walmart up the road.

The guys making the sandwiches are high half the time and smell of it, you have to repeat toppings multiple times, and they slam the subs down hard before wrapping them like fumbling toddlers… Only to get home and find we have to recut it because it was barely even scored let alone cut through…

They only had one worker, it was 8pm. He doesn’t know how to wrap the sandwiches properly. And we had to ask for a bag to take our sandwiches home. He needs more training for sure. We usually go to this one all the time and it very good just not tonight.

The employee was obviously new and didn’t know what went on my sandwich. He also didn’t know to add the cheese before toasting it. Then he put a huge amount of mayo on a couple of our sandwiches, so I had to scrape a bunch off when I got home. Maybe with more training it would get better. He was pretty friendly and seemed like he wanted to please us.

I got subway on a whim today. Haven’t had subway in about 3 years. When I entered the employee was so friendly and welcoming! Coming from hospitality and working in the industry for over a decade it was so refreshing to come in and have such a personalized experience.
