I moved away from Wisconsin and all I could crave is cousins.. SUBWAY IS STILL GOOD. And the young man working, got my food to me right away, politely and nicely. Two thumbs up.

Fresh ingredients but the salad had meat that is full size and they forgot the croutons and some requested items. The pizza sub we also ordered had no pizza sauce. The only color you see on that bread is the grease from the meat. Really disappointed and won’t be going to this subway. Worth the drive to a different one.

The girl working this morning was just plain rude, she asked what I wanted and I said 2 turkeys on white, she pulled out wheat bread and I said, I’m sorry but I wanted white, she looked at me, said nothing and continued making them, she then slid them over and asked what I wanted on them, i again said I’m sorry but I want them on white, she rolled her eyes, pulled out white bread, ripped them open, grabbed everything in a hand full off the wheat and slapped it on the torn open white bread, then continued slapping on measly as can be what ever else I asked for, making two barely eatable sandwiches. I think I’ll be done with this subway considering no other ones seems to have employees that care so little as this one, every time I come here. She also then put the wheat bread back by the rest of the bread, so sorry to who ever goes there and gets sick from a piece of bread that had turkey juice on it for how long not refrigerated

Ok so ordered thru app, don’t usually have any issues but today I hate to say this was beyond not good. I would actually put it in the gross category. I got my sub just after 3pm and only ate 10 percent of it, despite my husband trying to get me finish it. Please check the garlic sauce for that chicken sandwich, I asked for light, even though it was light it tasted really bad. My stomach is still upset from it after an hr later. Not saying your workers were bad by anyway way but something in that chicken sub with garlic is wrong. I just wanted you to aware it doesn’t taste good at all today, almost like sauce had turned from being left out.

This place tried to force me to wear a mask about a year ago as a condition of me spending my hard earned money on their mediocre food. I do not respond well to ultamatems. Firstly, nobody forces me to do what I don’t want to do. Secondly. Who do you think you are to force me to wear a ridiculous mask that does nothing just to satisfy your PC narrative? I laughed at their demand and said absolutly not. Happily decided to go to the grocery store and spend less money to get better food. I’ll never darken their door again.

My family and I go to this subway about once a week or every two weeks. It’s one of the only fast food places we eat at. I’m usually happy with the food and the time it takes to make it. Sometimes they are out of Italian bread which is sad because it is the only bread most of my family will eat. The customer service isn’t usually great. Not that they are necessarily rude but not friendly or happy either. Tonight, however, my son and I were taken care of by Emma. She was efficient, kind, happy and friendly! I really felt like we mattered. Thank you Emma!

So disappointed! I’m a regular at our local Subway in Kaukauna. I walked in there this morning and was politely told by Bobbi that she would be right with me. There were 2 employees working. Mind you, I go there because it is quick. I was the only customer there. As I waited I asked if she knew how much longer and she told me the sandwiches and salads she had to make before she could help me. Remember, I was the only customer in there and there were 2 employees working. Why couldn’t she finish making the one sandwich and take my order so I could leave and be a happy customer? I work in customer service and drop whatever I’m doing to put that customer first so they leave happy and come back for more business. I am so shocked that I was treated like I didn’t matter and Bobbi just didn’t seem to care about serving me. I hear stories about this happening at Subway, but just took it with a grain of salt BUT now I am going to start agreeing with these people. Word of mouth is not a good thing in a small city! So disappointed that I left there feeling that I didn’t matter at all……so much for me being a regular customer, but I’m sure Bobbi doesn’t care!

Went into this location for the 2nd time. First time was good. Second time. Not so much. Asked for a Melt. The lady argued with me becuase I asked for my bacon to b put in the microwave before being put on the sandwich. I had to repeat myself 5 times. Didn’t make it a melt made it regular toasted so everything is soggy. Had a attitude still at this point about the bacon. I feel not every employee has proper training about the melts.

Delicious choice for quick eats. They had 4 employees to keep the line going. I like that they toast the sandwich warm and crusty. A very clean involvement.
