Never met Jacob before but I thought he was the manager of the store. Polite, attentive, fast subway maker, with really great knowledge and suggestions. The one downfall is they were out of meatball subs which happens to be my favorite. Their shipments come in on Monday for meatballs 🙂

We eat here often, and for the most part the food is good, and service is fine. The last time we ordered online, we ordered 4 foot long subs and 3 6” subs. When we got in, everything was bagged and ready to go. We should have checked before we left (our mistake), when we got home, we saw that we only received 1 foot long and the rest 6”. Also missing the added avocado on most of the sandwiches. Now, I wouldn’t complain normally, but that is close to $20 worth of food we didn’t receive. I tried contacting both via phone and subway support, but never once heard a response or was offered to make the issue right. To me, that is very poor customer service. I understand human error, just make it right. That’s all I ask.

BUYER BEWARE: Do NOT place an online order at this restaurant. I ordered a breakfast sub (bacon, egg and cheese) and got an absolute joke of a sandwich. When I opened the sun I was confused about the amount of grease that was in the wrapper. Once I opened the sub I found about 20 pieces of bacon (this sandwich normally comes with two) and two pieces of egg each about the size of quarter. I tried contacting the manager for a refund but never received an answer. Really wish I had just gone into the restaurant instead of ordering online. Scary.

Two guys working were great. I came in with 5 grandsons (6-14) and they were very very patient with the younger boys, treating each one like a special customer. Listening and answering all their questions… we will be back. And yes boys can be a handful. But your employees were great with them.

The best Subway location I have visited. The staff is excellent–they are always very helpful with an excellent attitude, provide awesome service and work hard to keep the restaurant spotless.
My visit tonight (9/19/22) was especially review worthy. We arrived near closing time and the staff overheard me saying we should take our order to go as it was closing. They invited us to sit down and enjoy our meal rather than eating in the car or rushing through it. Both gentlemen checked in and asked us how the sandwiches were. I have managed a few upscale kitchens and would be happy to have staff like that on my crew!
Ask about the menu hacks, pizza and burgers at Subway? 😉

Simple thing I asked the server if the sandwich could be cut into thirds and they made it seem like it was impossible. Cut the sandwich in half then one half in half again. Sandwich was wrapped poorly and server had very bad attitude. I’ll go back but won’t be right away.

Placed a pickup order and got done 1 hour early went to Subway and they made my order immediately even though they hadn’t received it yet. They took my word and I showed my order in the app that it was paid for etc. They are very nice, friendly and accommodating. I was able to drive to my next event without any delay. Both employees working in the store were nice, greeted me very friendly and were understanding of the situation.

Honestly the best Subway I have ever been too, in any state or any City. The service is phenomenal. I will return over and over while I am in town…..and when I return as well. They also recovered my phone after I left it and stored it safely.
