I had ordered on the mobile site for delivery. When door dash delivered my food I found that the sent me an order for the wrong Amanda. I called the store and they were so sweet and offered to get my food to me. They followed through and my food did still get delivered after the mix up. At first a crummy experience but they really went above and beyond to fix it!

Food is still decent. Ordered a family Meal and portions are a decent size. Recently left a review for the team/manager. The drive through staff that helped me was extremely rude. They must’ve been upset about something because I was immediately met with rude eye rolls while paying and huffing while placing my order. Will not be returning.

Manager was polite, but the female behind the counter acted like the world just ended. Orange chicken had good flavor, but I only got 5 shrimp and the rice was bland. This is a decent location as it’s off the highway for when I travel, however I will not be returning to this location. I’ll drive 2 more minutes off the highway to get better service and food.

Esai didn’t say hi threw my food in the bag didn’t say bye all other conversation on his part was very rude and condescending. If you don’t wanna work, stay home. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received, and I will be adjusting my 5 Star review that I left online months ago and making it a one star I will never come back to this location and probably never the panda express you are not the only quick service restaurant.
The experience I had blew me away! Nate helped me and his shirt said manager and he acted as such! You would think they pay this kid a million dollars for customer service as he exemplifies and embodies what caring about your customer should look like. From start to finish a great interaction after a rough night for me. Again I don’t need some sort of red carpet but the small things matter and they gained a customer for life. Take a not chains and mom and pops…excellence is everywhere !!

The food and service was good but the fried rice did not meet my expectations, it lacked a lot of flavor to be honest, I hope they can improve the quality a bit more on that.

Every time I go through the drive-thru they always forget to give me something that I ordered. I hadn’t been here for months since the last incident but my husband wanted it so I stopped to get him food. After paying I had to pull up to the front to wait for my food since the teriyaki chicken was cooking. I waited probably 10 minutes and then had my food delivered out to me. I know better and should’ve checked the food before leaving but I didn’t. When I got to my husbands job, they did not give me the cream cheese rangoons I ordered and they didn’t give me any teriyaki sauce for the chicken, just plain chicken. Very disappointed and decided to do the survey on the receipt. The survey was 3 questions and left no where to put additional comments or photos. Won’t be coming back to this location.
