Good food. Not so happy there is not herbs and cheese bread. This has been the last couple times I’ve been here. Which does play a huge part on how the subs taste. I never gave to much thought of this till it has happened to me. Cookies were still good. I did get told there was not broccoli and cheese soup available due to it was getting close to closing time. This restaurant has ripped me off twice now giving me a 6″ when I paid for a footlong and got curbside pickup. They refuse to do anything about it. I went back and demanded action this time, since the last time I was unable to return and contacted them through email and got a response of “we will try to do better” and no refund or coupon or anything, and they told me that literally the only thing that they are allowed to do AFTER RIPPING ME OFF is make the rest of my order. I have also had them give me a sandwich with paper in it (see photo). So I will definitely NOT be returning to this store again.

Prices are ridiculous, especially when this subway loves to skimp on everything in your sandwich. Used to spend at least 100 dollars in here a month, we used to be regulars but times have changed. I had a three footlongs for 18 dollars coupon, I called to make sure I could get some of the new subs on it ( two monsters and one boss ) and I was told I could, I come in, try to hand the coupon and get told it won’t work. I ended up spending just shy of 50 dollars on three subs and a wrap. There was nothing “monster” or “boss” about these subs besides the monstrous prices. You’ve lost a good customer until things can be straightened out.
