Customer service is usually great, I have been coming here for years. There’s one girl that works there that is rude and absolutely disrespectful, she is a heaver set girl with glasses that looks like she completely hates her job. When I asked if I could pay extra for an extra sauce cup she declined and told me it’s not possible, this has happened multiple times on more than just this occasion in the past two weeks and I’d rather not deal with disrespect while trying to order my lunch.
I give the customer service 1 star.
If you hate your job that much find another!!

Pretty typical Subway experience the food was decent and exactly what you’d expect from a quick sandwich stop. The place looked standard for a Subway, nothing out of the ordinary. What stood out, though, was the staff. They were friendly and made the ordering process smooth, which definitely made the visit better. A solid spot if you’re looking for something quick and reliable.

The manager woman was terrible could really tell she had NO customer service training at all wouldn’t admit she was wrong would take no constructive criticism and was just bad at her job in general other than that it was fine the girl in training was pleasant and did the best she could and the gentleman that answered our questions was good at his job

This restaurant has ripped me off twice now giving me a 6″ when I paid for a footlong and got curbside pickup. They refuse to do anything about it. I went back and demanded action this time, since the last time I was unable to return and contacted them through email and got a response of “we will try to do better” and no refund or coupon or anything, and they told me that literally the only thing that they are allowed to do AFTER RIPPING ME OFF is make the rest of my order. I have also had them give me a sandwich with paper in it (see photo). So I will definitely NOT be returning to this store again.

Good food. Not so happy there is not herbs and cheese bread. This has been the last couple times I’ve been here. Which does play a huge part on how the subs taste. I never gave to much thought of this till it has happened to me. Cookies were still good. I did get told there was not broccoli and cheese soup available due to it was getting close to closing time. So if your craving that make sure your there prior to 30 min before closing. Or yo azz ain’t getting non..

I forgot to change the pick up time on my website order so I tried to call the establishment for over 15 minutes to ask them to change the time. The phone rang and rang until I was told there was no voicemail and I couldn’t leave a message. I did that repeatedly but the phone was NEVER answered. I realize it was my mistake but I should have been able to get it corrected by a simple phone call. Instead I was forced to pick up my sandwiches 3 hours earlier than I wanted to. So much for customer service.

I went there 5 years thinking I was going to get cooked food. I don’t like my food cooked raw like a fish just came me out of the river gross. 2 years later I go back there and I thought that they would have a different manager well I had to go to work and the doors were not open yet and it was already past its time so then the lady had open the doors I don’t know who the manager was it was the same one from five years ago she was really rude to me and my breakfast was really really cold and I do not appreciate it I think we need a new manager that can handle cooking food. Thank you very much for reading this I appreciate it because it goes to our whole Community thank you
