Worst Subway experience I have ever had. We were the only customers in the store it took almost 2 minutes for the 2 employees to even acknowledge our presence, the food preparation area was disgustingly messy, one employee acted high, had earbuds in and would barely speak to us. He also pulled up his pants half way through making my sandwich, therefore I am feeding it to my cat when I get home. Very disappointed.

There’s always good food to be had at Subway. Trained staff are attentive and make your food as delicious as you tell them to, and they’re fast to boot. Average time spent in any given restraunts in central Iowa is around 10 to 15 minutes. There are always deals going on to help you save money, including rewards cards and daily $6 deals.

Driving through Iowa from MN and I stopped here for some quick food. Looked super clean, employees seemed attentive and kind, but I walked out without ordering once I saw how many people were walking in without masks on.

Guys here clearly have no idea how to work. I have seen the way they wrapped the sandwich didnt use a knife to keep it neat. Used fingers to spread guacamole on the sandwich. When i asked them to split the sandwich in half. They said they dont know how to do that. Worst service of all time! Never coming again and never recommending this place to anyone!

stopped in with the family on Friday for an early lunch. As early as it was, (11am), the store was pretty dirty. Must not have been cleaned the night before. I saw napkins on the floor and the mens restroom had paper towels all over. The food was good though and the kids enjoyed their sandwiches!

My sub was nasty. There was cheese on it when I asked for no (ordered online) and I’m allergic to cheese so I couldn’t eat. My girlfriends sub had something in it. She is now throwing up because of the sub that she ate.

Not a great experience. Staff were busy chatting with a teenage customer. Staff were clearly distracted, and had to ask me several times what my order was again. Even though my order was to go I didn’t receive an inside wrap around my foot long, which makes it really hard to easy on the go.
