CB seems to be improving their food. Brought back was the cinnamon French toast, seasonal I know, but so delicious.
Waitress was wonderful. Resturant was clean. Store seemed a bit over crowded with items, but was still able to move around.

It seems that every time I come to this cracker barrel, the amount of food you get gets smaller. I asked about it, and the server said that the way it is now.
All the other cracker barrels you get what you pay for. The staff get worse and worse.
I sat there for 20 minutes without a refill on my drink.
Do yourself a favor and go to a different one . This one isn’t worth the money that you will pay!

Service was great and friendly. Food was also wonderful and brought out super fast. Facility was clean ! We had sunrise sampler breakfast, 2 salads, and dumplins. First time visiting here but will return when passing through the area on our way to Atlanta again. Most definitely recommend. Click the helpful thumb and help me earn my guide badges

Forget the logo controversy. I could care less. This place was a disaster as a restaurant. It started with horrible service. Apparently one waiter took my order then promptly went off shift. I finally had to waive down another person (20 minutes later) and had to ask where my food was ( mind you, talking a few scrambled eggs, bacon and toast and the place was empty). She explained about the guy going off shift (as if I cared) and she would look into it. Finally brought the food and did not have the toast – “we have to go to the back room – we ran out” was the answer. The food looked like a plate you would get at the Waffle House. I finally ate some, paid on line and left.
This place used to be the “go to” place if you wanted a breakfast meal at anytime. No more. It is off my list (as all CB are now due to this). It is a disaster. No fancy new ideas are needed. Focus on service. Not sure how they could get me to even try to go back.

I placed a simple online order 8:18am and it was suppose to be ready at 8:3am however food did not come out until 8:50am.They were not busy and the pancakes were hard & the food was barely warm.By far worse experience at Cracker Barrel in Dalton Ga!

Have to agree with Calvin the dining area definitely needs attention. I sat next to one of the lattice walls, they could use a vacuum cleaner. Food was good and the service great. My waitress was handicap but seem to out hustle some of the younger girls that would come out of the kitchen but not all the way into the dining area as if watching people and gossiping.
