Absolutely Horrible Service- Placed an online order at 7:53 (website states open til 10) and was not aware after 8pm you have to go through the drive thru- male yelling/swearing while I was trying to open door(people also inside) to go to the drive-thru. While waiting for my sandwiches said male was still yelling/swearing about how they were out of things & how he is glad they can refuse service to customers. Then get home with 4 sandwiches and one was not even correct.

Best subway I’ve ever been to ever food was extremely fresh and delicious the sandwich artist was extremely friendly and nice pretty hot too pretty clean well kept and organized the staff are very friendly I believe they deserve a raise and I’m sure a lot of people will agree with me I won’t be going to another subway other then this one it’s by far amazing I would’ve gave a higher rating if I could’ve and the sandwich artist Kay it one of the friendliest and most professional fast food workers I’ve ever met she truly deserves a raise and acknowledgement for her outstanding work

Absolutely terrible experience at Subway. The ‘sandwich artist’ started making my sandwich, then completely abandoned it halfway through to help the person behind me. My food was left sitting there, untouched, while they prioritized someone else. No apology, no explanation—just poor service and a total lack of respect for customers. Won’t be coming back.

There’s always good food to be had at Subway. Trained staff are attentive and make your food as delicious as you tell them to, and they’re fast to boot. Average time spent in any given restraunts in central Iowa is around 10 to 15 minutes. There are always deals going on to help you save money, including rewards cards and daily $6 deals.
