Thank you subway staff for a very quick and pleasant experience. Things can get busy at lunchtime, but these folks got us in and out super fast.
The friendly staff made me a tasty sub. The store was brighr and clean. The bread was fresh, the meat wasn’t wet or slimy and the veggies were crisp. I was very happy, thank you Subway!
I would have taken a picture of my sub, but I mowed that thing down so fast.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Was in an extra 10 minutes having to argue my coupon. Just take my 7 bucks and let me go. Coupon clearly states that what is NOT ALLOWED wasn’t what I ordered. Sweet onion chicken teriyaki is allowed. I was told to look at at the menu area she was pointing to and pick. Umm no.
I also asked for my sub to be toasted which was ignored and by the time she started asking about toppings it was too late before I noticed. I’m also sitting here eating it and noticing that she just refused to put cheese on it too. I asked provolone toasted. Wow.

I got the worst case of food poisoning from this subway 3 days ago. I’m not sure if they are not storing their food correctly or what? I tasted Mayo before I started vomiting the next day. I was sick for 2 days and had to miss work. I was wondering why the restaurant wasn’t busy during lunch hours- now I know!

We walked-in and were greeted with stares instead of a pleasant greeting! As we began to order, we noticed a bug crawling and flies flying around the cold bar. An immediate red flag! The female employee inside didn’t make things any better. She looked very bothered by us coming in to begin with!

My husband and I went to go order on 8/14/25 at 5:12:23 and we were excited to use a coupon we had gotten in the mail 2 Footlongs for 12.99 and the lady had taken out order then we mentioned we wanted to use the coupon and she had the nastiest attitude and ranted why didn’t we tell her something before she put in the order (we hadn’t paid yet) and she’s doesn’t want to do it all over again just so we can use the coupon and she basically refuses to let us the coupon. My husband wanted her to stop fussing so he paid full price and our order wasn’t done right either, he got sick from eating and I couldn’t bring myself to finish my sub. Just an ugly young disrespectful lady who made a big stink over a coupon, that clearly stated you can use in shop or on the app. We did mention prior that we were using a coupon but I guess she didn’t hear us and we mentioned it again and that’s when she made a big stink.

Turkey, ham, roast beef. The man only put turkey and roast beef on my sub and charged me 20.00. When I said something about what he did. They started acting like they don’t speak English.

We were so happily surprised to see Christy working there. I had known her at another Subway back maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Yes, she is just as wonderful at her job now, as she was then! I worked at a few fast-food places some years back, and she brings that calmness and friendliness and energy to the job that makes all the difference between ho-hum and yum-yum! Plus the place was spotless and tidy, the other customers seemed happy as well. Good work, Christy!
