Let’s start by saying…i will not return. My wife and i up there for a weekend get away decide to get subs. As we walk up all 3 employees come from back room and heavier set guy decides to take care of us if you want to call it that. So he was very impatient when we was deciding about bread, very rudely kept asking what sub we wanted, we kindly said we was still trying to decide as he rolled his eyes. We had been thinking of the chicken and he is asking which one waving his hands over the meat like vanna white we decided, then we asked for subs to be toasted, this fool again turns his head and rolls his eyes and runs his mouth. Really? if he still has a job i hope he loses it. We walked out but not without words as he tried to make this our fault. The other employees just stood there like they didn’t care at all. Owners should clean house and start over and re think their hiring practices.

Appears permanently closed. Dark inside and an absolute mess. Staff at other subway in town confirmed they can’t find workers to staff it and been that way for months.

So every time I have ever ordered a sub from subway, for the past 20 years…protocol is.. 1) pick bread 2) which kind of sub would you like and would you like it toasted 3) what vegetables would you like. Well I was literally yelled at today by the large man behind the counter because I did not tell the girl at the “pick your bread” station all the vegetables I wanted on my Philly sub. I have to say I was stunned, speechless as to his actions. The girl at the “bread station” literally said she was sorry for his behavior, but I can say that I will never stop at the at subway again. I know everyone is short staffed and it seems you can treat customers as poorly as you want and still not get fired, but really, what happen to customer service? I was waiting patiently in line, the other employees were friendly, it was not overly busy. I’m not sure why I deserved to be yelled at for not knowing what vegetables I wanted on my sub, before I was even to the vegetable station.

Stop by the subway restaurant with intention to order a tuna salad, For my surprise the supervisor Marc,I don’t if That is his real name but that’s what he told me I ask him lettuce and tomato with double meat that guy went off and he told me to leave the restaurant with no food no nothing, Just like that, Again is incredible do you get to the restaurant to order food , It’s incredible that the supervisor treats you so badly, I am very upset about the way, I was treated by that man and I would like an explanation, since I am a client, and I deserve, respect, thank you.

The lady last night was AMAZING! She was all alone and worked so hard at getting our online order ready. She kept apologizing but ABSOLUTELY was not her fault. She needed a couple helpers but had none. She was trying to make sure we had what we needed with a personable touch. Thank you!
